Worst experience I have ever had at a phone repair. They broke my phone, were hostile to honoring our initial price agreement, tried to make me pay for something they didn't fix, threatened to not replace my phone, and the phone replacement they eventually gave me had tons of problems and I had to replace their replacement, making this entire experience a waste of time and money. I had 2 problems with my pixel 3 - the charge port stopped working entirely and battery was performing poorly and bulging too. It was $75 for just the battery or $130 if they fixed both. When I returned later that day, they had completely broken my phone (see picture). To their credit, they did replace and fix the battery, but they broke the LCD display and speaker in the process, leaving me with a barely functional phone that had these blinding lightsaber lines across my phone, that made me nauseous every time I used my phone. Most importantly, the charge port still did not work at all. They told me it had been fixed but it was not functional at all after I got my phone back. This was the main reason I wanted my phone fixed in the first place. They told me they were ordering me a new pixel 3 to replace my phone since they broke it. However, they didn't do any kind of expedited shipping. I had to use my now nauseating phone for a week while waiting for the replacement. Then I got a call from them telling me that my "battery replacement" came in and I could pick it up, even though it was supposed to be a replacement phone. I later confirmed this was a failure of internal communication and that they did get a replacement phone for me. I called to set up a time to pick up the phone and wanted to confirm that the final price was going to be $75 since the charge port was still non-functional. They were infuriated that I was refusing to pay the $130. They claimed I was insulting them and threatened to not give me any replacement phone at all and hung up on me. I drove to go in person right away to try to rectify the situation. I really needed a phone after they broke my last one, and I had already paid half of the amount up front, so I felt this was incredibly unfair and unprofessional of them to do. After I showed up in person, I had to argue with them even more. Ultimately they finally honored the initial $75 we agreed upon and gave me a replacement phone, only after nearly storming out on me again. The replacement phone they got me was an incredibly used and well worn phone. It was in so much worse shape than me initial phone that I brought in to be fixed. After I got home and set it up, it turned out there were a number of hardware problems, which meant the replacement they gave me was ultimately no good: The camera has a hardware problem and couldn't focus. The battery life was terrible and needed to be replaced. It overheated a number of times from normal use. The LCD display started to show signs of problems too. The hotspot was having some issues. I factory reset it and it didn't fix any of these issues, as nearly all of them are hardware problems. Ultimately I had to replace the replacement they got me, making this whole experience a waste of time and money.

I had a phone screen replaced in 2022 because the fingerprint sensor would notoriously act up when the screen itself was replaced. It was $200 for the entire service. You can buy a new screen and a kit from iFixit for $140. I decided to go with them because I thought they would be able to get the sensor working. When I picked it up, the fingerprint sensor didn't work and although they tried, they couldn't get it to work at all. When I had dropped the phone off, they didn't mention that there was any risk they couldn't get it working. If I paid $200 for a service, and that service doesn't fix the problem completely, you could at least give warning that it may not work, or a partial refund after the fact. Don't just tell me sorry there's nothing we can do, you can try using the recalibration tool yourself. Last week, I had to replace the screen because a corner of it got chipped, and I went with the iFixit option. Well, when I opened up the phone, the screen that they had installed was a refurbished screen. They didn't even order a new screen or tell me that they were using a refurbished part when I had gotten it in 2022. The people here are nice, but not a big fan of the lack of transparency on using refurbished parts, and not a big fan of not being able to get the part you paid for 100% working. Photo is of the refurbished sticker on the back of the screen that they had installed.

5 people there ordering lunch today and not 1 of you had to guts to say you ruined my sons nintendo 2ds. I paid you cash, brought you mmj, got told to come from Longmont to pick it up 5 times, that it was fixed and ready only to show up and be told "no one had time to transfer it back to the store" each time. You completely ruined it for the screen change/repair and it doesnt turn on and 3 buttons are inoperable. You could of at least refunded me or offered to find me one on discount. Dont trust these guys with your electronics or time! They had the nintendo 2ds from march 25th to may 2nd, 2024, plenty of time to get it right or notify me and refund me. Notice the blue power light in the pic and neither screen working now, but i brought it to you and the bottom screen was working. RUINED my 9 year olds only birthday gift this year. TRASH!!!!!

I have honestly never been more disappointed with a company. Thankfully Logan was able to help me at the end of everything by giving me a full refund, but as a whole I would recommend that you bring your phone service elsewhere. I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and was a quoted a specific amount. It was a reasonable amount, and as I was in a bind, I decided to go with them. I received an email stating that they had "misquoted me a little" because they didn't realize what kind of phone I had. Thier misquote was then going to cost me literally double the amount they had originally quoted me, going from $150 to $300. I went into chat with a person about this misquote, as it wasn't my fault that this happened, and the tech kept saying how customers are confused by the price because the company that makes my phone is constantly making different models. Essentially insinuating that this misquote was not their fault. They never really did anything for this inconvenience (they took $10 off the total), but I had to go with them as I was in a bind and was flying out the next day.

Fast forward another 4 hours and they finally told me that they had once again mis-diagnosed my phone because they didn't realize what kind of phone it was, and that I could either come pick it up for a partial refund OR they would have the part in a day.

Logan was the one person who actually made me feel heard and was able to give me a full refund, but I still have never been so upset at a company. The manager that I spoke to before the end of this saga promised me I would have my phone back and fixed, knowing that I was going to be flying out.

All of the other reviews state that this place is reasonably priced and does work in a timely manner. They had my phone for 4 days and not a single...

I cannot speak to their capability with phones or computers but if you are looking to have a 3rd party gaming console controller repaired, I would STRONG recommend eating the cost of sending to the OEM instead of having his team work on it. I allowed them to convince me they could help fix the stick drift on my Scuf Reflex Pro controller (PS5) and after a week when I went to pick up the "fixed controller" found that the joystick was locked in a lopsided position - The tech there agreed this shouldn't be the case and said he'd work on it that afternoon. I receive a call saying they've now fixed it so I go to pick it up a second time only to get home and realize that NONE of the BUTTONS worked on the controller now. During the fixing of the joystick they had severed a critical sensor ribbon - again they assured me they should be able to fix this. Weeks later, I've given up. they attempted contacting SCUF for a replacement part but failed to keep me consistently updated and although they did reimburse me the 75$ for the service which I am grateful for, I cannot in good faith, recommend this business for any controller repairs, especially those that are 3rd party IE Scuf. I brought them a controller with a minor defect and they returned it to me completely useless.

All that being said - the guys there seem friendly and, for the most part, professional. I think they probably know their way around a phone much better than a Scuf controller but I'm not speaking...
