Stumbled into this cute, hole in the wall coffee shop in Park Hill - WOOW! Please, do not skip this place.

I ordered a London Fog and a peach croissant. I've had London Fogs all over, and the quality here truly blew me away. Delicate flavor, perfectly balanced. And it was presented in a teapot like afternoon tea! Ended up with several cups worth.

The croissant was absolutely delectable! Croissants here aren't stored and warmed up, they're handmade to order. The peaches and jam on top were so fresh 🤤 Same story with the presentation here, just delightful.

On top of all that, the place has adorable decorations, plants, and music that all contribute to a cozy, relaxing vibe. Maybe that seems obvious for a coffee shop, but this felt more personal and serene than I anticipated.

And they serve breakfast too! I'll definitely be back to try that. If you're in the area, this is...

When you're a restaurant trying to evoke the feeling of a place, details matter. Park Hill Hub feels like any other cafe you might visit, if that cafe was a couple blocks off the coast of the Mediterranean. Walk into the warm and textile decorated shop and there's a hint of spice and coffee in the air. You're immediately drawn towards the glass domed pastry displays and ice cream in open chest refrigerator. Indulge yourself. If you love pistachio, you're in for one of the best pastries you'll find in Denver; the raspberry pistachio croissant. Nutty and sweet pistachio cream paired with the crunch of a fresh croissant and juiciness of the ripe raspberries... It's heavenly. I had to put my fork down and close my eyes between bites. Combine that with authenticly spiced and prepared mokka style coffee and you'll forget you're 200 feet from Colfax. I'll be...

The Park Hill Hub is one of my favourite breakfast spots in Denver. Each morning I come in, the staff greets me with a smile and warm conversation. Eliza and Jules are some of the nicest people and I feel like a welcomed friend. The big windows up front let in lots of light, which contributes to an open and inviting atmosphere. The other guests are always very pleasant and friendly. The Hub has a host of food options which are healthy and delicious. I never have any trouble finding a dish to meet my dietary needs (no gluten, no dairy). I can count on a fresh pot of coffee to get my day started. Some nights there is even live music which is expertly curated from the local scene. I highly recommend checking out the Park Hill Hub the next time you want a nice café to enjoy...

How have I lived in Denver this long and not heard about this place? I came here for a relaxed birthday morning treat and I'm so glad I did. I had their Turkish coffee; if you've never had it, this is the place to go. Their presentation is beautiful & the coffee itself is smooth as silk. Also, they have (among other incredible-looking bits of nosh) SO many varieties of croissant. This is not a "plain, almond, or ham n' cheese" menu. I ordered a raspberry with pistachio sauce, and it came out (also beautifully presented) fresh, fluffy, warm, and decadent. That first bite... 🤩🤯 This is one of the best-tasting pastries I have ever had. I have to come back & try more of the menu. What a great way to start off my birthday, and my year.
