Finally, an authentic Japanese ramen shop has opened in our neighborhood — it tastes exactly like the ones I had in Japan! 😋 Their Tonkotsu ramen is incredibly authentic — they even have black garlic oil, which I’ve only ever had in Japan. The Takoyaki is also amazing. The mayo is a special house-made blend, and it’s topped with bonito flakes — a classic Japanese touch. The poke ingredients are all super fresh, and the toppings are unlimited!
We also got free drinks today. The owner said they’re offering free drinks and a free appetizer for each order for their grand opening — not sure how long that will last. Overall, my wife and I were really impressed with everything. Highly recommended!
And even more exciting: they’re selling Labubu! My wife was thrilled — she’s been trying to buy one online but could never get her hands on it. She finally got one here. The owner said they managed to get just a small batch, so if you’re a Labubu...

I think the kindness from a restaurant seeps into the cooking somehow. Really...

The chashu was tender and melted in every bite, and the noodles had a great chewy texture. Loved the little details like the narutomaki and crispy nori.
I also ordered the karaage on the side — super crispy outside, juicy inside, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. The unsweetened green tea balanced everything out nicely.
The restaurant was clean, cozy, and quiet — great atmosphere for enjoying a warm bowl of ramen without the rush. Definitely one of the better ramen...
