Starbucks — Restaurant in Denver

I’m a big fan of Starbucks. I get my favorite drink every day from any Starbucks I am near, this time I stopped at this location on Colfax and ivy, I come here quite often. I love how delicious they make their coffees, but not so happy about the evening shift people it seems like when I go, they are very unprofessional. Not only that, but it’s been THREE times now that they steal my Starbucks rewards stars, I pre-ordered my coffee (three times including today) and went to the window as instructed, my coffee was not ready. The people at the drive through didn’t help at all I didn’t end up getting my coffee and now I wasted my stars that I redeemed (basically money) for nothing. I usually look forward to go home and unwind with a cup of coffee since I am in the medical field, at home. But its been twice now that I redeem my points, look forward to picking up my coffee, and drive off with nothing. And this usually happens with evening shift people (5:00pm for me)....

This Starbucks was super amazing. Last week I went through the drive through and got a latte for my boss and myself. On my way into my office I swung the door open weird and it hit my cup, and exploded iced latte all over me. I was super upset, but I don't work far from this location so I turned around to go replace my coffee. When I pulled up in the drive through and gave my order, the employee said "Another one?" I told her my story, and she said to come up, because they were going to replace it for free. The staff at this store really exemplified customer service in this case, and went above and beyond. They definitely didn't have to fix my mistake, but I really appreciated that they did. They even helped me laugh about the situation while I waited. I pass more than one other Starbucks on my way to work, but I'll continue to come to this one because of the great service....

I usually go to this location at least 3 to 4 times a week the last 3 times that I've ordered hot chocolate I get a cup of milk or sweet milk I don't know what it is but not what I ordered and when I said oh wow the price went up, she said yeah but our wages sure didn't. I tipped her because I felt bad but I'm not even getting the drinks that I order so guess the jokes on me! I called and spoke to a store manager this evening and was told to save my receipt which who knows if someone saves a receipt as I go at 5:30 AM and don't drink my hot chocolate until evening time to warm me up for my graveyard nursing shift. Not impressed with this locations customer service or...
