Supreme Chicken in Denver, Colorado, is a Mexican culinary revelation that redefines excellence. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant ambiance pulsed with warmth and authenticity. The owner himself, a charismatic maestro, served me with unparalleled grace, weaving through tables with a smile that made every guest feel like family. His hands crafted cocktails and margaritas so divineâeach sip a symphony of bold, fresh flavorsâthat they outshine the finest 5-star restaurants in Orange County, California. In the kitchen, his mother and sisters, the heart of this operation, conjure dishes that are nothing short of miraculous. Every bite of their enchiladas, tacos, and mole bursts with vivid, authentic flavors, crafted from ingredients so fresh they seem plucked from the earth moments before. The food surpasses the creations of high-end chefs, with a soulful depth that only a familyâs love can infuse. Iâve dined here three days in a row, and as a Mexican food devotee, I can proclaim this is the pinnacle of my culinary journeysâhands down the best Iâve ever tasted. The owner shared their secret: an unwavering commitment to freshness as their top priority. You taste it in the crisp vegetables, the tender, perfectly spiced meats, and salsas that dance on your palate. Supreme Chicken isnât just a meal; itâs a celebration of Mexican heritage, served with heart and soul. I urge everyone to experience this hidden gem at least onceâyouâll leave planning your next visit before youâre out the door. Denverâs culinary crown belongs to...
Read moreWanted to try this as it's near a place we visit in the neighborhood and some people mentioned it was good.
Over the past weekend, we actually tried it twice and unlikely to go back for a bit (if ever).
Got take out both times - time to get food was fast and service was good. People that were inside (at the bar certainly) seemed to be having a good time.
The first time I went simple and got two burritos - one birria and one steak. I thought the birria was good, but my partner said the steak was really tough. We both thought the rice in the burrito was delicious.
Second time, since it's named "Supreme Chicken" - decided to try the chicken, so got a half chicken and rice and beans as the sides.
The chicken was okay - a bit dry, certainly needs the sauce it comes with, but the rice and beans (sides) were above average . . . so maybe instead of "Supreme Chicken", it should be...
Read moreThe people that work there are very friendly, however, it's not clear if you're supposed to seat yourself or order at the counter. We were offered to take menus to a table on our own. While we didn't have to wait too long to place our order, nothing was brought to the table before our order. We had no napkins or drinks. Once our order came, we had to ask for utensils and napkins. The service is friendly but only okay quality.
This was my first time having birria tacos. I was not a fan. While this is a personal preference and not a reflection on the restaurant, the asada Taco was nothing special either. While the prices are cheap and reasonable for the value, the flavors are not there for me.
Last thing to note was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The menus had food on them, there was garbage all over the floor, and I didn't feel like I was in a clean...
