Pure Green - Juice Bar Washington Park — Restaurant in Denver

Matthew, who assisted me about a week ago and plenty times prior, which has always been a pleasant experience, unfortunately, was not that day.

After speaking with the owner informed me Matthew has been a great employee for years, i decided to increase my stars hoping that my bad experience won’t impact their business.

I requested my usual drink and my favorite drink the pure green smoothie and he took my order.

I asked the employee at the register after taking my order to please wash his hands since he hadn’t done so after leaving the restroom. He then walks right past the sink in front and goes to the back to turn on the water… he did share that he washed his hands after returning from the back. when asking why he didn’t use the front sink, he said he didn’t feel comfortable using the front sink due to the water pressure.

Also met with Matt again and he was very respectful and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I don’t believe this will happen again.

Why can’t you press juices to order? $8 for a pre bottled juice with an expiration date that’s 30-45 days from today is not worth it particularly when you’re supposed to drink cold pressed juice as soon as it’s pressed otherwise the nutritional value is basically zero. People come to juice and smoothy bars for fresh drinks, not something sitting on a shelf. Fresh & delicious ingredients🥬🥭🍌 Mathew was awesome! I’m just passing through the area and asked what his favorite smoothie is. I went with his suggestion on the Pure Green and added almond butter to it. It was absolutely delicious! I would recommend. I also grabbed a Rockin Beet juice for the road.
