I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pearl Wine Company in Platt Park, and it was truly a fantastic experience for wine, liquor, and beer enthusiasts alike. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. What stood out the most was the knowledge and expertise of the employee who assisted me.
They not only had an impressive selection of wines, liquors, and beers but also a deep understanding of their offerings. Their recommendations were spot on and showed a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect bottle or brew. It’s evident that they take pride in their craft.
One thing I particularly appreciate is that Pearl Wine Company is a local, family-owned gem. Supporting businesses like this is so important, and it adds an extra layer of charm to the experience. I left with great options in all three categories and a smile on my face.
If you’re in the area and looking for exceptional wines, liquors, and beers, along with personalized service, I highly recommend paying a visit to Pearl Wine Company. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their local and family-owned options in these delightful libations. A true...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I stopped by while walking the dogs and met the owner, Dustin. We've since been back a few times because we really like the place. Dustin is enjoyable to talk to and knows what he's doing. He's been really helpful with making some great recommendations varying from a specialty vermouth for Manhattans to a cheap wine for cooking. He does a great job with a high end selection for a smaller store and will soon be expanding to an an adjacent space where he will offer the more standard/cheaper beer/wine in the nearly doubled space. This store is also a great place to find things like Luxardo Cherries and other fancy cocktail making stuff, high end beers, etc. Finally, his prices compete with the big players, despite being a higher end shop in a premium area of town....
Read moreWe had a great experience--my wife and I went in there last week. His wine selection was so unique, unlike any we'd seen, and he (I believe the owner) was so friendly and modest in helping us find the wines she wanted. My wife is the wine lover--she wanted to check this place out after seeing it in 5280.. So, I was surprised to see his selection of very hard to find beer and whiskey--I could not believe he had Montuckey Cold Snacks--we've never seen it outside of Washington and Montana. His inventory is both high-end and middle-of-the-road stuff, the prices are pretty reasonable considering what he must go through--I can't imagine most of his products are easy to find...
