Not sure if there is new ownership, or what – we've been ordering delivery from Spicy Thai II for years and loved their food and service, but the last two times we ordered they forgot half of one of the dishes we ordered (our order last month was missing the lettuce wraps for their Moon Harbor dish, and tonight on a Tuesday it was missing the rice for one of the entrees and everything was luke-warm).
We called them after both deliveries to ask if they could deliver the missing half of the entrees, but they refused to deliver the missing items on both occasions, and instead just offered free egg rolls on our next order (this second time she did suggest this time that we could come and pick up the missing rice.) I understand things happen, and the first time I was willing to think it was an honest mistake, but to have missing items again on the very next order is disappointing and is especially frustrating since they are not willing to try to fix the issue by either delivering the missing items or simply refunding us for the part of the order that was not delivered. We don't even usually order egg rolls, so their offering free egg rolls every time they short us isn't a good solution. We are are less than a mile from their location. I am sad to say that we won't be ordering again from them – it's too expensive to only get part of the orders.
My original post (formerly 5 stars): We order takeout from Spicy Thai II all the time, it's delicious, the Panang with Fish is very good. Wontons, sesame tofu are delicious. Have not dined in, but their delivery is...

Old reivew...My colleagues and I are regular customers at Spicy Thai/Sushi Wow, with perhaps 50 dining experiences. I'm also a regular for the sushi delivery service.
The Thai choices are flavorful and the ingredients are fresh and always cooked just right, but they offer no variations in the degree of spiciness. In their defense, I've been happy with what they've brought me, and I've never asked for any higher octane. Lunch specials are an especially good value.
The sushi is well-prepared. It's as good as any sushi I've had in Denver, including Sushi Den. The octopus sashimi is a favorite, as is the yellowtail sushi and white tuna sashimi.
I'm not as pleased with the Chinese choices at Spicy Thai. I suggest you go elsewhere.
Update, 2/24... the Covid Christmas...Spicy Thai takeout is great. Tonight I ordered the Harry Potter Roll. It was amazing. The menu says it's deep fried. It might be aimed at children, sushi holdouts, or people like me who are in their second childhood. It was slightly sweet and had a lovely sesame flavored sauce. It's a huge roll, so plan the rest of your menu accordingly. I also enjoyed the yellowtail sashimi. I always enjoy Spicy Thai's sashimi. I'll have their New York Roll tomorrow for lunch, and then my partner and I will enjoy the shu mai appetizer...

This place is pretty good, but not authentic; it's more Asian fusion. I have yet to try a dish I did not like, although I do not recommend the Sesame Chicken. It wasn't bad, but I have my favorites for that and Spicy Thai isn't it.
My favorites here are the Yushan Chicken, Jalapeño Steak, and Pepper Steak. I like stuff spicy, and did not find the spicy dishes bland at all.
The only bad thing I would say about this place is their service. Sometimes you can't get through because the line is busy, delivery takes quite long most of the time, and once they even asked me to meet them outside (rather than them going up to my door and ringing the doorbell). They also forgot my wontons once, and they were too busy to send someone out again so instead they gave them to me free next time (damn straight, I already paid for them and didn't receive them). I think they could've done more to make it right.
However, the food is good, and it's the best place you can get delivery from in Park Hill for this type of food. The prices aren't bad... but used...
