There’s no option to leave no stars so I selected one. Had trouble making the appointment over the phone. Appointment was confirmed for 3:15 pm for two. Arrived early to be greeted with the words, “Sorry appointments only!” No “Hello”, “Hi, how can we help you?” or any other salutation. When told we did have an appointment they said that it was only for one. Even though it was stated twice on the phone that it was for two. Several open chairs, but not even an attempt to make it right or try to reschedule. Hate to say it, but from the moment we walked in, the staff appeared shook by the presence of two African American men. Yes, we African American men like to take care of our feet too! After a very pitiful and flat apology, we just walked out. Will not recommend...

After destroying my nails with DIY dip manicures during the quarantine, I decided to check out a new nail salon in my neighborhood. Great location, in the heart of Oneida Park, and making an appointment was very easy. I arrived and both women were very professional and kind, and allowed me to relax! The service for a pedicure and gel manicure was quick and my nails look great! The best part - the service is a bargain for what you get! Seriously, these ladies could charge significantly more. I have returned a few times now, and look forward to my routine...

I am so disappointed to see the 1 star reviews on here! I love, Love Fashion Nails. The owner is kind, thoughtful, remembers info I've shared about my family and kids in the past, and gives a great pedicure and manicure (any problems I've had with chipping has been fixed, no questions asked). I think the shop went through some growing pains as they used to take walk in and found themselves so busy, she had to hire more people and change to appointment-only.
