Started my day just googling local butchers in Denver and stumbled apron this shop, the reviews sold me from the beginning so I decided to give them a call about meat bundles they may have! The Man who answers the phone was beyond happy to help and give me recommendations as well ask insist any questions I have to just give him a call. I was sold by the customer service right away and decided let’s go in store and check it out! The selection was amazing and the prices where spot on for what I was looking to spend, we decided on the dry aged sante fe cut which the butcher gave some recommendations and tips on how to go about cooking. We just finished that cut in second after cooking it! The beef was truest an amazing piece of meat! I can’t wait to be back for that bundle❤️ highly recommend to any...

Bought a slab of brisket for Passover with a thick layer of fat on it. My husband asked if the woman behind the counter could trim the fat down. She insisted that the fat helps it cook better but he asked her to cut it off anyway (he has been cooking brisket for 20 years so he knows how it works). She said she would have to charge us for the price of the slab with the fat on it but she begrudgingly cut the fat off. The slab was over a pound lighter. She wrapped it and rang it up as if she was put out by the whole ordeal. Paid for the full fat price of the meat even though it was a full pound lighter. The meat looks good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We were taken aback by her rudeness from the minute we asked for the brisket. Won’t return...
