Taco Bell — Restaurant in Denver

Here I was again. Driving drunk on an empty stomach, needing food on the fly since I am too inebriated to cook for myself when I got home. I see the opened sign and pull into the drive thru of this Taco Bell. After for about twenty to thirty minutes, I make it to the window. The pregnant teenager working was very professional. She gazed into my eyes in just the right amount of time for the interaction not to be TOO creepy. As the drive thru sign was on the fritz, she had to manually take my order. She spoke English in a concise manner and I could clearly understand what she was saying. I ordered three bean burritos with extra onions and a water. I asked if the water was filtered and she replied that she didn’t know as it comes from the machine. I have NEVER felt such honesty from a stranger. I took the water regardless and my order was correct! The burritos were full of beans and oozing cheese with TONS of red sauce! And the onions were cooked to perfection! As I started eating in my parked car at their parking lot, I realized that I forgot to ask for FIRE! hot sauce! So I stumbled to the drive thru window as their lobby was closed and demanded this condiment. She handed me twenty three packets (although ONE was DIABLO) with a frightened look in her eye. I was so delighted, even while cars were honking at me! I went back into my car and ate the rest of my delicious, savory Taco Bell meal. Thank you Taco Bell at 447 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80209! This Taco Bell location is absolute trash at night. Whoever owns this location must never visit it. This is the worst Taco Bell in Colorado. Any other location is much much better.

A large number of the staff working at night are lazy, forgetful, and very challenged. They serve you room temperature food, broken tacos, items with barely any meat even if you paid extra, and they forget the sauce and never ask you if you want sauce after they forget you ordered it.

Food: 0/5 stars. Its cold, the hard shells are always broken, the soft shells always stick to the wrapper, and they sprinkle a tiny bit of meat in your order.

Service: 0/5 stars. They don't pay attention. They're forgetful. They act like they don't want to be there and look like they should be doing community service instead.

Atmosphere. 0/5 stars. There's homeless people in the front of the building, the sides of the building, the rear of the building, and inside. The staff can't really be seen when you're inside because they're everywhere but by the register.

The nearby Wendy's closed. I hope this Taco Bell does the same. At least the people at the Wendy's care about their job and the business. The staff, managers, and owner at this Taco Bell don't appear to care...

At the store right now literally have been standing at the counter waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order they're too busy taking care of the drive-thru orders to take care of anything else. After taking my order it took another 15 mins for my food and it was wrong ... What the hell is up with the quality of service . Store wasn't even busy. This is the third Taco Bell in my area that I will no longer return to I'm sorry ..... Fun getting home not only did they make everything wrong but it seems like they dumped as much grease as possible into the food because by the time I got home two blocks away the food was so emaciated from oil from the taco meat that everything completely just fell apart very poor customer service very poor food service very poor quality.... Update June 2nd 2022 I've been to the location two times since this both times during the daytime before 5:00 p.m. the lobby is closed with employees just walking around have hazardly inside. Denied me service on my electric scooter which is a motorcycle style scooter. I will be definitely contacting corporate about the situation very dissatisfying being this is the only location close to me guess it's definitely time for a new restaurant...
