The Sweet Spot — Restaurant in Denver

I keep seeing the same comments in reviews here of delicious ice cream and friendly service but after going for the first time tonight I can see why. There was one person running the counter and multiple sets of customers when we walked in. The couple in front of us wanted to try everything in the case. There was another couple that was waiting to get there deserts, not for very long. Then the three of us walked in with our 4 year old. The employee never skipped a beat and was more accommodating to everyone in the building than most industry staff in the city of Denver are when they are slow. He kept dishing out samples to the older couple and making jokes making sure they felt like they were getting the attention they deserved as patrons while continually addressing us and the others to let us all know that we were equally as important. When my 4 year old was ordering, he did what kids do and changed his mind on a few options and not once was there an issue. Once we got our ice cream in hand things slowed down a bit and the employee came over with a sample of caramel for my banana pudding ice cream and insisted that it would take it over the top. He was obviously correct.

This little ice cream place is awesome!! Our server Yasmine was really sweet and went above and beyond to give us samples and water and anything we needed. She was kind, efficient and fun. It's way bigger than it looks on the outside, plenty of places to sit and social distance. They had a lot of dessert options, ice cream, gelato, cake, even baklava. My husband said they served the best GF chocolate cake he's ever had! I would definitely come back and definitely recommend for a fun neighbor...
