Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Denver

Feb 2022 update: this location is very low on supplies. Today I noticed that everything looks tattered--unkept--walls, surfaces, there was a dirty floor hand broom on top of the bagle case, ewww. I am surprised that they're still not letting inside or outside seating.

This has turned out to be a welcoming neighborhood place to stop for coffee, bagels and pasteries. If you want something special (like extra cream cheese)--not only do you have to ask for it every time, but check and/or watch your special request being processed--I find that even tho I'm very much a regular there, that in addition to the high turnover this location has experienced in staff--for some reason, special requests are quickly...

Not a big fan of Einsteins but Belle and her crew definitely make the food seem better somehow. I dunno... why aren't the dining areas open? That's so dumb. But the staff here are amazing! Also, why don't they have salt on the everything bagels. Learn how to make an everything bagel... oh while I'm here, make egg bagels with everything seasoning too. Those are the best kind of bagel. I bet if Belle was running the show for this company there'd be egg everything bagels. Also, microwave eggs are nasty af. it takes 2 mins to fry or...

Horrible service.. Was here on saturday ordered a plaon bagel and was charged for a sandwich.. When I asked for my refund one of the gentlemen said he would get a manager(Amanda).. Manager is very rude!!! She would not let me speak and was even upset because the gentlemen gave me my bagel free.. I dont understand how she is a manager she really needs some classes for better customer service.. HORRIBLE!! They are under staffed as well.. Was waiting for a while for someone to take my order!! Never again will i go to this...
