Absolute best experience with Holly at Dainty.

My husband and I came in for permanent jewelry for our one year wedding anniversary and Holly took such time and energy making sure the placements were perfect. I was unsure if I wanted a permanent anklet bc I was worried about heel straps rubbing it. She added a little clasp so that I could take it off and on - sadly the anklet disappeared within 36 hours. I was so sad but wanted to wait a few days and keep searching in case it turned up.

Holly texted me three days after our appointment to ask 1. How our anniversary date went, and 2. Ask how our anklets were feeling. I admitted that mine was missing but I was still searching for it, when she insisted that I come in at my earliest convenience so she could replace it entirely. I couldn’t believe how generous, kind, and friendly she was.

Two days later and I was back in the adorable studio and this time decided to have my anklet welded on. I’m SOOO happy with this entire experience and it’s going to be our new tradition every anniversary 💕💕 I’ll be recommending this shop to all my friends.

Oh and she even gave us a congratulatory bouquet of flowers, and then homemade dog treats on my second visit. Best customer service I’ve ever...
