I love Moe's. I just don't like going to this specific Moe's. Why? The service sucks. Trying to keep this short, basically they stuff you on a bag of chips. When you check k the box that says yes I want free chips and salsa, to me that's one bag of chips. Then you order a side of queso, that should be another bag of chips. Ok so whatever, I ended up with only one bag. BUT, the proceeded to throw the rest of my food on top of the chips. They had to cram everything in to fit into the one bag so the end result was I ended up with a bag full of completely crushed tortilla chip crumbs. It made eating the queso not fun trying to dip dine sized chips with my fingers. So the next time go, I'll just order less and skip the side of queso. I even asked them to please use a seperate bag for the chips so the burrito and other stuff didn't crush the chips but honestly they don't sirakndngmush and I don't speak Spanish and the language barrier prevented me from getting what I wanted. If it's an issue of money, I'd be happy to pay for an extra bag, I just want to be able to dip the chips in the queso without having to dunk my fingers in the sauce. To add insult to I just, the salsa lid cane off and soaked through the bottom of the bag. Salsa spared chip crumbs, and a trail of chip crumbs and salsa from my driveway to my kitchen.
I realize this is a long rant about something that's not the end of the world, and cowhand it seems a bit dramatic but it ruined my dinner. By the time I cleaned up the mess, and sorted out the chip pieces that weren't soaking wet, the food was cold and the whole thing just sucked. In the middle of taking our order the person stopped to do a To-Go order, so while I am standing there for 3 minutes waiting to tell them what I want my mother's food is already at the register (mind we were paying together). Then when I finally got to the register they asked what we got and I told the woman, she then only charged us for one of what we got (chicken club quesadilla we got 2) and we said we got 2 tacos she ignored that so she didn't charge us or give them to us and instead charged us for something called a J C chicken (no idea what that is). So then after she rang us out we asked where our tacos where and the lady then proceeded to yell at us and tell us we didn't tell her that! That when i started getting mad because we told her many times and she chose to ignore us. So the manager came over to do a refund to properly charge us, we find out that the first lady CHARGED US TWICE! a total of $50 because she charged us twice was taken! And she wasn't going to tell us, she was going to let us walk out of there and go home. THAT'S STEALING! Now we are left to clean up the mess that they made with my bank account. So not worth it!!!!! Being treated poorly and being double charged, ruined my day! It takes the bank 3-7 days to return the money, while they don't care how long it take, i do! Food was good but wasn't worth it!    Read morewhat an embarrassment. The situation is, first off I'm not a manager but it doesn't seem like a manager/owner has a good sense of customer service at all. All the portion of the food was so small portion that our family had to go out to eat again. When we ask them to put more the owner says I will charge extra for everything after whatever he puts in, but to make matters worse the manager/owner decides to grab the scraps out of the almost empty vegetable bin and put them on my bowl. He then proceeded down the line did the next food choice, I looked at him & he looked at me. He knew it was not enough so when I asked, he then said you want extra insinuating I'm going to get charged instead of arguing I just kept going on. What a shame, is what it comes down to, It may sound greedy but it was more embarrassing to have to ask for a little extra veggie... I don't eat meat but all the veggies were not fresh at all, I much prefer Chipotle or Qdoba they at least give you the meal for what you have paid for. The establishment was dirty, food was not at all fresh, and extremely small quantities.
Please CORPATE MOES....CLOSE THE MOES in DENVILLE. It's an embarrassment to your franchisee.
