I used to LOVE this place but I will never be back after my experience on Wednesday 4/30. I went inside to eat there and ordered two 3 finger combos one regular breaded chicken and one with naked chicken. Waited about 20 mins when there was only one person ahead of me. When I received the order I got one three finger combo and one caniac combo with no naked tenders. Not what I ordered but I’m non confrontational and was too hungry to go up again and wait. As I bit into my chicken I thought the meat looked weird so I started checking my tenders and they were RAW. So disgusting. There was a line by the time this happened and I honestly didn’t want to cause a scene in front of everyone even though I should’ve. Please have your staff practice some food safety before serving people. Luckily I stopped eating and didn’t get sick but I’m appalled. Tried to call corporate and they haven’t gotten back to me yet.

We went on a Tuesday evening so it wasn’t too packed. Kids wanted something quick and my son really love the chicken fingers that I had to order an additional 3 pieces. Order two kids meal and the combo 4 pieces. My daughter made use of the stickers. The dining area is very small. Luckily majority of customers were in the drive up. I was surprised that there were about 10 employees working the drive up lane. It’s good to see that an empty spots for years bringing more jobs into the community. They were cleaning up empty tables and even walk around to check on your experience. The chicken is lightly breaded and not too crispy. Sauce is good. It’s amazing that all they sell is chicken fingers. Great atmosphere for family and outdoor dining. Will definitely be back.

So I thought "who only sells chicken tenders"? Raising Cane's that's who! I stopped in to see what all the buzz is about and the place was packed. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Again all this for chicken fingers? So I ordered the four-piece combo that came with fries coleslaw cane sauce and I chose sweet tea. Again not expecting much from chicken tenders. Boy was I wrong! They were very good tender and crispy. I'm picky with my coleslaw but it was good as well. Fries were good too. Sweet tea tasted like it was from the south. It also had a piece of toast that was good in the way I can't describe. I'll definitely be going back. Chicken tenders who would have thought!

Drove thru at 6:15 on Fri night. Line was backed up to the street and wrapped around the building. We were in line for 45 min. Line for inside orders was coming out of the building. They had multiple security (why were they armed?) staffed outside to keep the traffic flowing. Staff seemed friendly, busy and helpful. I ordered 3 pieces with cole slaw. My bf got sandwich meal. My son got 4 pieces. We all loved the chicken. I don't know why people are saying it's not crispy. I guess people are used to very thickly coated chicken so it has a thick, hard shell. This is how restaurants get away with giving you very little chicken. Cane's chicken is plump, juicy, white meat that is lightly breaded. I thought it was perfect. Also, the Texas toast is not garlic bread. It is only lightly seasoned. Again, I thought it was very good. The fries are not crispy, but they have a nice flavor. Again, not overly salty. If you are a big salt person, you should ask for a packet on the side. We all liked the Cane's sauce. The complaints that the food is under seasoned... I think people are used to processed food that is too salty and overly seasoned. This is more like you would make at home. We received our food fresh and hot, which makes sense because it was so busy. The only thing I don't like, is that we had to eat sitting in the car, unless we wanted to wait until we got home. We sat in the Target parking lot. We would definitely go back. The food was bangin'. The price was $36 for...

I’ve been to this place at least 5 times. Every time I went it was a good experience that is until this last time I visited! Not only was I yelled at by the girl who was in charge of drinks but they screwed up my order! I asked for the sandwich combo with the sauce on the side instead of on the sandwich, that didn’t happen and I paid for an extra finger and they never gave it to me. Now for the yelling! I was very pleasant the whole time despite wanting to jump through that damn window to set that stupid girl straight! I had asked for two drinks with light ice not half way full of ice so when I extended my arms out of my window to get the young girls attention the girl that was doing the drinks quickly opens the window and yells “we can’t take anything back through the window!” I was taken back by it because I didn’t even get a chance to speak she just starts yelling! I then told the other girl if I could get new ones and that’s when they decided to have their separate conversation about the issue! But you know what! Cane’s lost a customer here! Good customer service is the one thing that keeps me coming back if it’s not happening, I’m not...

I finally tried Cane’s for the first time and I have to say I’m “whelmed” - neither over nor under.

The layout of the restaurant is bizarre, in that there is insufficient room for guests to queue up to order. What kept happening while I dined was new customers spilled into the dining area because the long bank of high-top tables in the middle are too close to the registers.

The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, although the amount of fries you get leaves something to be desired.

The chicken tenders have a good flavor, but they’re VERY greasy, and their thickness gave me pause because at times they felt chewy and slightly undercooked.

Finally, I find it ridiculous you have to pay for refills of lemonade when every other soft drink (including the fresh-brewed unsweetened and sweet teas) are free.

To put it succinctly: I’m not raising any thumbs up for Raising Cane’s. I’ll wait for Chick-Fila to...
