Always had a pleasant experience at all locations until last visit. Completed rude with a nasty attitude for no reason & lied. Why is there an option to have warm food, if its not going to be warmed once you get through a long drive thru line. I can see order ahead of mine was incorrect by time spent & exchanges of items along with hearing an apology. It's no shocker my items are not warm, not even luke warm by time I get to window. She offered a straw & I say yes. I asked can food be warm. Replied saying not permitted to reheat. Ok, May I have another then. She says I ordered too far in advance, & the food was not warm when it was given to her (which is the truth here... I ordered too far in advance or your colleague gave it to u not warm). I ordered in drive thru line (not sure how thats too far in advance) & how is it my fault when u received an item which was suppose to be warmed... u didn't think to tell your co-worker "hey, this item should be warm". I was very polite, considerate of the fact it's busy but I would just like what I paid for as I ordered it. She shuts drive thru window & never gave me my straw. I'm really confused 😕. The time she spent lying & providing excuses, could have been time getting what I asked for, which would've been less time consuming of holding up dru thru line any further. I guess if my name was Karen & decided to go inside, maybe she would respect customers who are nice & understanding. There's enough Starbucks to skip this location. I hope whatever she's going through, she learns not to take it out on others when having a not so great day. Simply Be professional...

She had glasses and blonde hair. I ordered an iced chai latte and she handed me a hot chai latte. When I had expressed this to her she got very annoyed and went to change it. She proceeded to pour the hot one into a new cup and put straight water into it. She also grabbed the ice with her hand and put it in my drink. She handed it back to me also handing me the banana walnut pecan loaf I ordered. I asked for it warmed and it was not. When I had explained this she said she didn’t not have time to warm it. I came here this morning to get my drink, which I come here every morning before work and this is the second day in a row that my drink was wrong yesterday it was wrong and when I complained about it today, they did nothing.
