Subway — Restaurant in Derby

Staff was extremely rude when I first entered and snapped at me if I had a preorder. I said I did not and she had a very cranky looked on her face, I said I was going to order here and asked if I needed to order via the app. Her coworker said that she needed to know if I had a preorder, should have turned around then. She also seemed extremely put out when I asked for the bread to be toasted (right at the start), ordered a 12" meatball marina. I should have requested meatballs from this decade as the ones I received looked like they were leftover from their original grand opening and were completely overcooked and hard as a rock. Completely not fit for eating. What an absolute waste of time and $11.16. It soon found its new home in the trashcan as I could not even think of finishing it. I wish I could rate this...

Ordered my food in drive thru, had to practically repeat myself for the ingredients for the subs. The subs already have their assigned veggies, why should I have to repeat them to the employee building the sandwich?? Ordered a #12, Turkey Cali Club, it has Avocado spread, lettuce, tomato and onions, and added cucumbers. I had to repeat everything I requested by the employee. I got home and found the Turkey Cali Club had very little Avocado, next to nothing!!!! How difficult is it to build a sandwich when there is no one else in the store or drive thru? And on top of that I gave a 15% tip, before checking my order. I tried to call but they wouldn't answer the phone. Oh well, I don't plan on returning to Subway for my dinners from now on. I went there today. The store was completely empty: Not one customer inside or through the drive thru. I pulled in the drive thru. It took 2 minutes just for her to say "I'll be right with you." Another two minutes goes by and she asks what I want. I tell her I want a subway club. She said "let me check and see if we still have roast beef." I sat there for 5 minutes and still no response. I wasted a total of 9 minutes at a completely vacant, empty store. So I left and went to McDonald's right next door. They were extremely busy. I was in and out of that place in 2 minutes flat.
