My over all experience with the store wasn’t horrible but not the greatest either. I ended up having to wait a lot longer for my bed that I was originally told. I was told it was due to COVID not a huge deal and was half expected. However I did call one time after waiting a month and hearing nothing. The sales lady tired to push me off the phone almost instantly. I said I have been waiting on a bed for a month now and was wanting to get an update. She replied yeah everything is messed up I don’t have an answer sorry. I told her to slow down how could she have no update if she never even asked for my name or sales slip #. She was not happy about that. She then asked for it and almost immediately said oh we were just actually talking to the company about your order this morning we sent an email asking about it. She told me that I should get a call later that week which I never did. However about a week after that I received a call saying it was ready for delivery.

If I could rate the store and delivery service separate I would rate the store a 3 for really poor Custer we service. That being said I would rate the delivery and set up a 5/5.

Justin West and Ethan were hands down the best delivery and set up crew I have ever seen. They were fast, careful , friendly, and knowledgeable! To top it all off the store messed up my order (honest mistake) when Justin realized it as the crew was leaving he assured me he would make it right and get me the correct item delivered by the end of the night. He followed through and rang my doorbell a few hours later with a big smile on his face! Thanks for being awesome and showing how much you care for...

I would give a full 5 stars, but I don't want users to think I'm a bit or was paid to give a good review. DJ was knowledgeable when it came to the tempurpedic mattress. I had surgery on my hip last year and the current mattress I have is too hard to lay on. Lower back aches as well. When I went with my mom to try one of the tempurpedic mattresses I was sold. He had explained to me similar things my physical therapist had stated to me in regards to comfort as well as my overall health. Having to hear similar testimonials made me confident that the mattress I purchased was going to help me in the long run.

DJ himself is a very kind gentleman who keeps your interest in mind. He wants to ensure you buy the right mattress that will improve your sleep quality. If it can help with your health too, I honestly trust him that he would be able to tell me the pros and cons. I got the best deal you can get with Tempurpedic.

It has been 2mons since we Initially Purchased our Mattress, which we Had to have Both mattresses Swapped out for Different ones due to Comfort-related matters and Again the Folks at The Mattress Hub came Through for us!

Mr. Zane made the entire Switch-out process quite Easy and Seamless and I would like to also Mention how Awesome the Delivery process has been - Thanks to Mr. Toby and Mr. Dustin! Quite rare to Have such Friendly-service during Deliveries - Very much Appreciated.
