My daughter and her friend were RACIALLY PROFILED at this store today!!!!!!! She was on a trip with her private school group for an end of the year celebration. My daughter has NEVER stolen a day in her life. It is infuriating that at this age she has to deal with this form of bigotry, over two teddy bears! After she and a friend purchased the bears she returned to the line with other friends who were purchasing items.
She was then told to show her receipt when leaving the store. She was unable to find her receipt, it must have fallen out of her pocket while waiting with them, so they were told that they weren't allowed to leave the store without showing a receipt. The person who questioned her, is the same person who she asked earlier where the check out line was located. He thought that she left the line, when it was her friend who also has braids who left the line and went to another area of the store. After showing the transaction history, he was still unsatisfied and called the security. He said until HE could pull up the transaction in his system there was no argument, in spite of, them showing the credit history and having a bag. After he went to a separate building to pull records, he then saw they had made the purchase and let them go without an apology. Just a thanks for your patience, while multiple others walked out of the store without showing a receipt. When they inquired why someone else was allowed to leave without showing a receipt, they were told because he physically saw them purchase with his own eyes. The only name they could remember was Chris; however, that was not the person who stopped them from leaving. Hershey is supposed to be a hospitality company, I don't believe the way this was handled demonstrates this. I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND MAKING ANY OTHER...

I bought an electroplate Reese coffee cup at the Hershey Park store and the very first time I used it to heat up some milk to eat with my Hershey chocolate. It started sparking and shriveled up. I took it back to the store to try and exchange it for a Different cup and the manager Jennifer Stroud told me that she refuses to let me exchange it because I do not have my receipt turns out I picked a cup that is six dollars cheaper and I told her I do not want my money back. I just want to exchange the cup. Please make the situation right, you can sell a product that falls apart the very first time it’s used and...
Read moreSadly I must give this store 1 star because the $20 Hershey Tote my daughter purchased from there and only used it to carry the items we purchased that day (bags of candy, a coffee mug, a puzzle, and couple other small items) ripped at 3 of the 4 handles within 5 days of purchase! 1 handle completely ripped...hanging on 1 thread and 2 are tearing. I am also disappointed because there is no phone number on receipt to call and the phone numbers I found online either nobody answers or it is not for the store. I also live 2 hours away so can not easily return/exchange. How is this a...
