A machine charged my card without giving me the product so I asked 3 different employees for help and all said they'd get the manager, who never came. After 20 minutes of waiting I got in line for milkshakes and said Instead of a refund I just wanted the same money I already paid taken off the cost of my milkshake. I was told AGAIN that they would get a manager because they couldn't do this. Finally Todd comes out and said he can't take the money off and will need to take me up front "for a slip". He started to walk away in the opposite direction so I asked where he was going and said I'd already waited 20 minutes. He said "well they just called me so you haven't waited 20 minutes" so I asked the 2nd employee that I had asked for help to please tell him yes I had waited 20 minutes and he looked at me like he'd never seen me before. I've never been so gaslit. Todd came back many minutes later and tried to give me the product i originally paid for. I said I didnt want anything at this point and was most upset that he insinuated I was lying and he said "ok" and walked away. I won't give this place another penny after this experience and several other bad ones...
Read moreThe build your own stand had the absolute worst tacos ive ever had in my life. Im generally not a harsh critic, of most restaurants, let alone food courts… but this was just beyond unacceptable. The chicken had no sensoning at all, and was 10000% from a can, the taco shells were stale, the black beans were obviously canned as well, and not properly rinse or seasoned at all. And the set up for the construction of the byo foods was totally backwards. The order came with 3 tacos. I walked 6 miles and hadnt eaten since noon and I could barely force myself to eat one. It was an abomination and an insult to hispanic and texmex culture. $15 for a total waste. Shame...
Read moreMy husband got in line to order a couple of sundaes for himself and I. There were a number of workers who took our orders and payments but one person making the sundaes. This makes no sense as we stood around waiting along with a crowd of other people who paid. The crowd continued growing as the workers were taking their orders and money but not getting their food. Needless to say, we waited an hour for sundaes and after we paid for them. No exaggeration. It seems like it's more important to get all the money from as many people as possible than to provide adequate service....
