After standing in line for nearly 45 minutes, we finally got inside of Moe's. The wait was a bit expected, so was not the fault of the establishment. Once I was inside, I realized I would not be able to eat there. Why? I have a food allergy and watched as the young lady preparing the food for people slopped and splashed ingredients into multiple food containers. As soon as I saw a large amount of juices from the mushrooms poured into the queso, I realized there was very little of anything I could even consider eating. At least half of the containers were visibly mixed with numerous other food types. There was a chunk of something else visible in the queso that another server simply stirred in. I'm not sure if that was done in an attempt to conceal the chunk or what. I assume all the vegetarian options also included various meats as well. Honestly, I don't even know why they asked customers what they wanted on their tacos, burritos and such because all of them would contain pretty much everything as it is. Horrible....
Read moreGood food at a decent price, but due to the schools nearby having started their fall semesters (and taken many of the workers), the location we visited inside Hersheypark was woefully understaffed. Our total wait time at around 7:45pm on a Saturday was roughly 40 minutes, all of which was spent standing in a line which stretched out and around the building. This, however, was to be expected, given that only one of the two service queues was open. Everything other than the management and scheduling decisions was acceptable, however, and the lines were ultimately worth the wait, as many of the other locations in Hersheypark's outside food court also had considerable lines. Not the best experience, but not the worst, and while the food (average, fast, tex mex style fair) was nothing special, it...
Read moreI ordered a burrito after waiting in line forever. They are so slow are making food; it’s sad. The food was dry and gross looking and the counter was MESSY AND DISGUSTING. As the lady was putting meat on my burrito, she took a scoop with maybe a 1/4 cup of meat on it. When I kindly asked for more, she said it was a scoop and said more meat would cost more... (she said his with an attitude). Afterward, I asked for guacamole, the employee took a scoop and just put a pile of it towards the side of the tortilla... when I took a bite, all I got was a mouthful of guacamole. Very disappointing and I do not recommend this place at all... it’s simply trash...
