Moo's Place Homemade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Derry

first off the total was 12 dollars for a kiddie chocolate and a one size only soft serve ?? It took a very long time for having 7 people working and no line.. 1 on their phone 2 on the counter and then 4 people working on one ice cream??? The soft serve tasted like a cigarette filter and when I asked if they could remake it they politely did but when they remade it they just added more terrible “peanut butter” aka syrup that tastes terrible… I had to then waste my $6.00 small sized ice cream and my girlfriend was also very bummed about hers as well which doesn’t make me very happy at all. I myself know multiple ice cream places with way higher quality and better tasting ice cream for a fraction of that price it’s insane. I really love my ice cream and I’ve never even made a Google review before so that says a couple things. it’s great for people who have no tastebuds and love overpaying...

This is a time Google needs to add the 0 stars option. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen without hyperbole.

The girls behind the counter were extremely rude. One in particular thought it was funny when we thought we didn't have enough cash to cover it.

There was another family there too that had issues with multiple employees there as they felt the service was subpar.

The other called out our order to go, and all she said is "three to go" as there are 15 other people waiting for their ice cream. As "three to go" is very vague we asked her what was in the bag and she said "I'm not too sure".

All in all, extremely unprofessional. If you want just as good of ice cream you can go to Mack's in Londonderry, or Mad Maggie's in North Andover.

While visiting New Hampshire, I stopped by Moo’s Place with some friends—and we all loved it! The ice cream was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I had caramel turtle, and it totally hit the spot. Everyone in our group was happy with their choices, from sundaes to milkshakes.

What made it even better was the outdoor seating area, which is pet-friendly! We had a dog with us, and it was great to relax outside and enjoy our treats together. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly and fast.
