I visited this place on 3/6, after not coming in for the last decade. I have to be honest, it has gone downhill. It isn't "horrible" perse, but it certainly isn't "great" either. The service was prompt, I walked in and was met right away with the cashier, she took my order and then within 5-7 minutes, I had my food and was on my way. I was a little put off by the owner and what looked like one of her manager's, loudly scolding an employee, over what he was wearing. And then being downright degrading and on the condescending side. You don't do that in front of customers. You take him to the side and do that. So, that was off-putting and unprofessional. The food, was kinda bleak and blah. I think the sauce could use some help, it is very chunky and next to flavorless. The meatballs were good, the hamburg was nice and tender. The noodles for the macaroni, those could use a few more minutes in the pot, or even a replacement altogether. I'll be back, just not for a while. The prices are a tad steep as well. Not bank breaking, but certainly not budget friendly. Overall, not bad, but not great either. There are some things and areas that absolutely need improvement. I remember my experience here from day 1 always being great, but as stated, it has gone downhill. Thanks for serving me in a prompt and courteous manner. We'll try you again, down the road.
