I had home plate club tickets and the game got rained out the next day the game was played and I was not offered new home plate club seat tickets. Instead they gave us new seats and didn’t refund the difference so they took 49 dollars from me. This is why none attends these games worse than the Oakland A’s. Throughly disappointed with customer relations they took down my number and never gave me a call. I guess you won’t catch me working or attending any cubs games for the next while. All around disappointment don’t recommend won’t tell my friends to come. Cya never.
