The bread is nothing to write home about. Not nearly the same as the big fluffy loafs I used to get at the Italian bakeries back home. These are more like soft French bread. Even the loaf called "Krispy" is not crispy. But this garlic foccasia is amazing. 5 stars for this foccasia. It is absolutely bursting with flavor. I highly recommend it.
