Starbucks — Restaurant in Des Moines

I've had problems with this place before not making my order correctly, I never got too upset because I thought that they might not have heard me but they never got my order right. Today I took a screenshot of my normal order so instead of risking not being heard again and getting the wrong order I could just give them that. I gave them my screenshot, and I got nothing I asked for except for caramel drizzle, and Hazel nut and chai tea latte. What I asked for had the salted caramel butter things on the top, caramel drizzle, Hazel nut, 3 shots of Expresso, chai tea frap, and the little popcorn toppings they have. I understand not having all the ingredients, but if you don't have it all or you can't make it please say something instead of charging me for all the stuff I asked to have in my drink, and not even putting in everything I paid for. The two girls working had no idea how to make some of the drinks listed and they said that. Not trained. They then almost didn’t give me my cash back. Tried to figure it out.
