ASSISTANT MANAGER CHARLIE just made my night. I got off work at 11:30 pm and was starving. Google said this Burger King was open until 1:30am so I quick went there to get some food. Charlie took my order through the drive though and kindly warned me as I was ordering there would be a 5 minute cook time (something extremely nice to do in case people don’t have time to wait). When I pulled up to the window he immediately handed me my drink and told me to just let him know if I needed a refill during my wait. I then find out that they closed at midnight and not 1:30am and considering that I pulled through the drive through 10 minutes before they closed, I immediately was grateful that NOT ONCE did Charlie make me feel like a bother for ordering so late. My food was hot, fresh, and I got everything I ordered. Usually when I go to places right before they close I feel like I get cold stale food and horrible customer service. Read more12-28-2017 Pulled up to the drive thru n waited a min. Honk my horn so the people in BK knows I'm waiting. Get someone on the intercom tells me a paying customer, say "now hold up a minute!" EXCUSE ME!!! That was so unprofessional, rude, and disrespect! I pull up to the window and ask the gentlemen who said that on the intercom because I'm reporting this to corporate. The young man looked worried and immediately point to another co-worker. I ask what is his name and was told Rolex! I told them that was unprofessional, rude, and disrespect! I'm reporting this to coporate. He apologize but gave an excuse that he was talking to a co-worker. Which,I didn't believe because ROLEX on drive thru because HE knows how to operate a HEADSET. Now, going forward the response should have been, Thank you for choosing BK how may I help you or just one moment please! A little advise don't get to comfortable with a job and start showing rude customer service. Still reporting this to corporate. Just from the review seem like management need the go through trying again to hire a greater staff....
Read moreService is poor and employees are always drinking soda in drive thru. Also employees are like chickens running around with there heads cut off. This is so frustrating. There is a African American manager that tries to pull the weight of others but they seem to still to do their own thing and that is frustrating to see. Employees are always on their phones and laughing and giggling when they are supposed to be fulfilling customers needs. I feel that the General Manger is not giving this African-American the credit he deserves. Because i usually eat at this restaurant at least once a week and he is about the only one who gives me great customer service. And that is the reason I keep coming back is this manager is kind and a sweetheart to me and other customers. A definite A+ on his behalf. Keep up the great service Mr Manager.
