Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Destin

This is quite possibly the worst Papa John’s I have ever ordered from. Twice in a row they have a mistaken my order and got my order wrong. The night prior, I ordered dinner for my children and it took an hour and a half and then said it was delivered when it was never actually delivered. They hire third-party drivers to help out their staff if they’re back Logged and it does not say that on any site when I called numerous times, the general manager couldn’t do anything for me then hung up on me the third time saying sorry we’re not delivering tonight. Goodbye. I called today to speak to a new manager to get this situation rectified they re-put in my order and then when the delivery driver got here, it was the wrong order again with cold pizza and when I told him it was wrong, all he said was “my bad” stared at me waiting for me to figure it out, then turned around and walked away, and this was an actual Papa John’s deliverer. And all my years I’ve been a Papa Johns fan and never have I had this kind of quality or incompetence and it’s pretty sad being in a tourist...

This place only received one star from me, because I had to put it in order to leave review. I am visiting from out of town and stopped to get food on the way to my hotel. Customer service was THE worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. I walked into the location just to ask a question. I stood at the register 5-6 minutes before Someone even told me “one minute”. I spoke to the guy at the register twice and he never looked in my direction. Once someone finally came to the front; I made a statement about being greeted. I was told by the manager “well it’s only 2 of us here”. That has nothing to do with your mouth and greeting a customer when they walk in the store. At this point I did not want the service or food. As I leaving out the door the guy “manager” mocked my exact words “I could’ve been properly greeted”. How childish and immature is that. AWFUL DO NOT...

I am a manager in a restaurant and I watched Rocky make my pizza. He has very long black hair NO HAIRNET, he worked bare handed, NO GLOVES, touched the keyboard, his phone, and CASH, and proceeded to make food without ever washing his hands! I am absolutely DISGUSTED, and feared saying anything for fear that he would spit in my food. I'll NEVER go to Papa Johns again, AND I'm going to tell everyone I know that Papa John's has the worst hygiene policy I have ever seen! It's 9:00 at night, I figured the cook would kill germs, but I just puked my guts up, blowing a mushroom through my nose! I only ate 1/12 pieces. I tossed the rest. 24.00 down the tube while escaping Milton, we're from Tampa Bay.
