Bucharest Grill — Restaurant in Detroit

The office ordered lunch today from here and the driver informed us that if are not making a $250 order then they want deliver to us anymore. I said not a problem but we had a big order and only bag I ask the driver are you sure this is our order and he said yes. When I looked at the food I was highly upset I order a Niki Salad the salad came in a very small black container with no feta cheese on it. I called the store and told them the young lady said well mama we changed our containers which we have the right to do she was so rude I couldn't believe it I asked for a manager she they don't speak with customers. I have never had this type of services from Bucharest Grill only this location. I went to the Michigan Ave location and my Niki Salad was the same as always they didn't change there containers. But this one on 110 Piquette Ave I will never go to again they are rude and cheating people out of there food and they can careless. When I went up there they where still rude and I never got to see the manager and that was the reason why I went up there. They just kept saying he will be right with you and he never came. They need to get it together while I was waiting standing up because there was know where to sit because one of the workers had his feet up on the chair and did not even move to let no one sit down I have never seen service like this before. I called my order in o the Michigan Avenue location: 1 pan of chicken shwarma salad approximately $21-22, a six pack of chicken sharwma sandwiches $32, 1 lg chicken sharwma salad ~$10-11, so I spent over $60 tonight. I was told the order will be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived in 25 minutes and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. I got home there's no garlic sauce on 2 of 6 sandwiches. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He ask me to bring in the sandwiches and he would replace them. I asked that the order is ready for me to exchage when I get there, the sandwiches were not ready. I returned to the restaurant, ask for the manager, he opened the sandwiches and said there's garlic sauce on them, I still didn't see any sauce. The manager refused to give me 6 sandwiches, explaining that he would replace the 4 returned. Well, I could have brought the other 2 back bot I opened and cut into them looking for sauce. I told him how much money I spent that night and that I am a regular customer; well, he refuse to give me 6 sandwiches, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order. I will never go back to the Michigan Avenue location. This is the 2nd time that I purchased 6 pack sandwiches that didn't have garlic sauce. Please be advised: This is place has PISS POOR customer service and because of said piss poor customer service I did not get to try the food. Last Saturday, 06/10/2017 I called and placed a delivery order the ghetto hood-rat at the other end of the line that took my order had the worst attitude (Newsflash: It’s not any of the customers fault you’re in the position that you’re in; so stop taking it out on us) I was already pissed off a minute into the call and I had not even ordered my food while she was so busy delving out that rude ass attitude this hoe forgot to mention that delivery is cash only (Are you freaking kidding me?) I literally waited for an order that I later never even got to eat because of the incompetent, poor, uneducated, unprofessional, illiterate POS waiter failed to do her job. I continuously hear people say that the “food here is great, but the customer service is horrible” and I HONESTLY believe that should be there slogan because it’s absolutely true. Bucharest your business will suffer because of your rude service and you’ll definitely find that out a little sooner than later.
