Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

Usually our food is fresh , hot and right on time. I order here at least 3 times a month. Today at 3:40, I order a pizza and wings online for my boys, got the email stating 15 MINS. Lady calls and said no wings so we just got the pizza and she again reminded us it would be ready in 15 mins. Somehow they never made our food. My son gets there(just had to drive my car not his)waits over 45 mins for the pizza. I tell him to get the money back I have to be to work at 5 , she proceeds to tell him it’s almost done. He waits another 15 mins. I told them to give him the money back I have to work. This man tells him no. No refunds. Like how when we don’t even got the food yet? So make someone wait over a hour and 15 mins after I placed my order to be ready ahead of time online. she called and told me 15 mins. We waited over a hour and 15 mins for 1 single pizza. They made a mistake and didn’t drop our food now I had to call off and get 2 points because of their mistake. This isn’t right at all to deny someone their money when they didn’t even receive the proper service then make them wait as if they don’t have anything else to do . Couldn’t even give me an explanation on why we had to wait that long when I ordered it online.Then the man hangs up on me, being rude and didn’t have anything to say but calm down . This is my job you’re jeopardizing because you forgot to drop our food then made my son wait by not giving him the money back so they could have got food from somewhere else and I could be at work right now. I’m missing out on $200 for a $15 dollar pizza 😢😔ill never patronize this happys again. Terrible...

The delivery service is decent paying with cash the drivers are respectable however whatever woman works as the receptionist has terrible manners the man who works on Saturday's at 10 is an amazing worker. I order almost daily three days in a row now everything's been smooth except for the burnt chicken tenders; tonight I order a pound of chicken tenders chili cheese fries peach cobbler and a lemonade the chili cheese fries were cold and tough, the cheese was hard like it has been sitting out and the chili taste like it was poured from a can onto the fries in the back of the delivery car, I received chicken strips not chicken tenders, my sauce was poured on top and i did not receive my cobbler after waiting an hour for a 2 Mile delivery also I was given the wrong total by the woman who works the phones which caused avoidable confusion with the driver. I will not be calling before 10 ever again and I will not calling on Sundays... The driver had me waiting for 3 hours for the cobbler before I looked at the clock and saw they were closed so all around a terrible...

Worst service ever . I called in on a Monday around 1pm and ordered for delivery . They told me it would be about 45 minutes not a problem I was currently in school and it was my elective hour . So an hour passed by and I called in to see how longer it would take Since they had told me 45 minutes . A guy answered and quickly rushed and told me to call a number I couldn't understand what he had said so I called again to get the number . They answered and put me on hold for a while I hung up and again hold call after call they put me on hold . I finally decided to call through another number and they answered and asked me the usual "Happys pizza" delivery or pick up . I told them why they kept putting me on hold a guy over the phone was extremely rude and told me he wasn't putting me on hold and finally said we aren't going to take your order ! They should've said that instead of me waiting 1 hour I could've had enough time to order something and oh at the end he hung up . Never ever ordering from here again horrible...
