Searching for corporate number. Ordered a $5.00 box which is now $5.49. Gentlemen on the speaker kind enough to share prices went up. Ordered with mashed potato side. Went to window asked the young lady if I could switch for potato wedges instead. She said, "no we can't change your order at the window". Didn't see it posted, asked for corporate number. She said, "I don't have "they" number call the number on the receipt". Not sure if her snappy response was she thought I was going to report her, but that info WAS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE ". I asked to speak to the manager, asked for corporate number. She said hold on, closed the drive thru window. The young lady rolled her neck, hands moving, don't know what she said, but judging the body language she either had an issue with ME asking, or her manager asking. The manager opened the window and said, "You have to call the number at the top of the receipt". I said ok, I asked the clerks name "Keisha", and managers name, "Nell".
Left the lot, changed my mind, circled back to return food. Doors were locked..both doors, no sign saying you couldn't come in. Waited in line again behind 4 cars. Drove to the window, Keisha recognized me and turned her back to me. The clerk standing near her went to open the window, Keisha said something to her, and Manager was called. When manager opened the window, I placed the food back inside, reached for the drink, she said we don't take that back. I said to her, please give this meal to the homeless, and said you ladies have a good day. Sad, sad, sad the customer service skills are awful. There's a way to say "no", or if that be a challenge, post signs. You can't argue with signs. If you lobby is open, then the door should open. The young lady obviously has no Idea how it feels to have a server turn their back to you. Training is definitely necessary! I'll...
Read moreHmmm... I arrived, parked and walked into an empty interior, except for two employees who were openly having a rather emotional discussion about their personal relationship. I waited for a few minutes until one of the employees came up to the front counter. The employee asked whether I was going to purchase my order with cash or credit. When she (the employee) was informed of my intent to use credit, she responded that, due to the credit reader being down (non-operational) and that I was using a credit card, I could go thru the drive thru to place my order.
So I went to my vehicle, got into the drive thru line and placed my order. As I was waiting in line, I noted the posted advertising for a free "beverage bucket" for any order equal or greater than the purchase of a 12 PC meal. My order was larger, so after I paid for my order, I visually watched as my order was prepared, waiting to give my drink selection for the "beverage bucket". Initially, my server attempted to give a Pepsi selection (which I didn't request), realized the normal selection was out then substituted a Wild Cherry selection (again, a selection that I didn't request), but I accepted.
Despite all of this, I appreciate the fact the chicken was fresh and hot. The employees behind the counter worked as a team, moving quickly and efficiently with a reduced wait time. My only "real" issue is that my wife found the consistency of the gravy to be a little thin (in...
Read moreI ordered a $30 feast meal as I get to the window to pay I'm asked to reverse back to the red poll(I'm not tripping I understand food may not have been ready). Ok I wait 5-7 mins hands the cashier my card and he hands me 1 large raspberry tea. So I ask, "isn't it suppose to be a gallon of tea?" His response, "we don't have no gallon buckets". So no I didn't atleast get to drinks just 1 and I still didn't trip ok cool. I stay 45 mins from this location and I get home and I only received 2 sides(1 is half full as if they ran out and gave me what was left) when I was suppose to receive 3. The peppers looked old and had something white on em. I tried to call the restaurant once I noticed my order after I've tried to be considerate but of...
