We ordered as a group of 6, and after their initial wait time of 20 minutes, it took us AN HOUR AND A HALF to receive our food. I'm guessing there are major communication issues in the kitchen, because they didn't seem to know what they were doing.

They just couldn't get to the walk-in/called orders at all and had to focus on Doordash and Uber eats orders. One lady was waiting an hour for a simple box order of wings and a fish sandwich. Another guy waited 45 minutes to pay for a soda and fries! I recommend you order online to make sure your order comes in timely. We ordered on the phone on a Thursday at 7pm for your perspective.

As for food...it wasn't bad. I've had better for a bit more, but it's nothing to knock. They like to drench the wings in sauce if you get it, but you might be missing something (like a Cole slaw) if you have a large order. Everything is fried evenly and nothing is underdone. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Make sure you look at your bill and know what you ordered and are supposed to get because the frontlady just didn't seem to know off the top of her head that combos come with a drink. We all ordered the peach cobbler, which is delicious, but put them all down as banana pudding on the receipt. Honestly no biggie as they're the same price, but thought it was worth mentioning.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Nuwave Fish and Chicken. I placed an order for their 6 breasts combo on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, around 10 pm. However, when I got home and examined my order, I found that the chicken was burnt and not cooked to my satisfaction. To make matters worse, instead of receiving the promised six breasts, I only received three breasts and three thighs.

When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, the cashier was understanding and handled the situation professionally. However, the cook or supervisor on duty displayed a terrible attitude. He failed to inform anyone that they had run out of chicken breast and unilaterally decided to substitute thighs without informing me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the order, he had the audacity to ask if I didn't care that he messed up my order and displayed a disrespectful attitude.

Moreover, there was a significant discrepancy between what I ordered and what I received, and instead of offering a sincere apology, the staff seemed more concerned about making excuses. Ultimately, I requested a refund, and while I appreciate that they complied with my request, the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

I expected better customer service and professionalism from Nuwave Fish and Chicken, and unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return...
