Burger King — Restaurant in Eastpointe

I ATTEMPTED TO ORDER THE 2 FOR $6 SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN AND A WHOPPER AND THE CASHIER TOLD ME I WAS NOT ABLE TO ORDER THEM TOGETHER, THOUGH THE SANDWICHES ARE BOTH INCLUDED IN THE 2 FOR $6. HOW SWAY??

SHE LITERALLY SAID "YOU CAN GET 2 WHOPPERS, 2 SPICY CRISPY CHICKENS, 1 WHOPPER AND 1 CRISPY CHICKEN BUT NOT 1 WHOPPER AND 1 SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH."

HOW SWAY?

SO BESIDES EXPLAINING TO HER THAT MAKES NO SENSE AND EVEN READING THE SIGN ITSELF AND NOT SEEING ANYTHING SAYING WHAT SHE SAID, I DECIDED TO GET 1 WHOPPER AND 1 CRISPY CHICKEN. THE WHOPPER WAS MADE CORRECTLY. I ORDERED CHEESE ON THE CHICKEN SANDWICH, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE CHEESE ON THE SANDWICH WHEN I OPENED THE WRAPPER. IF I HAD NOT LOOKED AND DECIDED TO GET ON THE BUS TO GET HOME, I WOULD HAVE BEEN UPSET. AND THERE WAS A SPRINKLE OF LETTUCE ON IT. REALLY?

THANKFUL I DECIDED TO DINE IN, I BROUGHT THE SANDWICH BACK UP. THE CASHIER SEEMED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH ME, OR MAYBE SHE WAS FED UP WITH HERSELF. NOT SURE. THE SANDWICH WAS REPLACED (VERY FRESH AND HAD A LITTLE MORE LETTUCE ON IT...I GUESS). THE DINING ROOM HAD A FEW TABLES WITH TRAYS AND GARBAGE ON THEM, EITHER PREVENTING A CUSTOMER FROM SITTING DOWN OR HAVING TO BE FORCED TO CLEAN IT THEMSELVES. I OBVIOUSLY SAT AT THE CLEANEST TABLE I COULD FIND.

THE STAFF INSIDE LOOKS TIRED, UNDERSTAFFED AND UNMOTIVATED TO BE SOMEBODY. TYPICAL FAST FOOD WORKER LIFE, WE ALL BEEN THERE. BUT YOU GOTTA WORK THROUGH YOUR ATTITUDE OR YOU'RE GOING TO START WEARING IT! NOT MY FAULT OR MY PROBLEM. THE FREESTYLE DRINK MACHINE HAD A LARGE PILE OF ICE WHERE YOU PLACE THE CUP, THE DRINK BAR WAS LITTERED WITH KETCHUP, NAPKINS AND WRAPPERS (THAT I CLEANED OFF MYSELF).

I WOULD RETURN, BUT JUST HAVE TO MAKE SURE TO CHECK MY ORDER BEFORE I LEAVE. I DON'T WORRY ABOUT TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT I...

Never again will I ever return to this Burger King, was told I couldn’t get any drinks but fountain drinks so I ordered a coke and Dr Pepper along with two double cheeseburgers. Got to the window and was greeted by a very rude female employee who handed me one of my drinks as I handed her my card to pay and after she handed it back to me gave me my food. Had to ask for my other drink which was such a huge problem for the employee who just grabbed the drink for the car behind me. Problem was it was Diet Coke not coke. Asked for a coke after letting her know she gave me diet and instead of her correcting her mistake she told me she gave me a coke and I didn’t know what I was talking about like I don’t know the difference between the two. Then she shut the drivethur window as I was asking her for my coke and handing her the Diet Coke. She straight up ignored me even when I asked for a manager. Another male employee came to the window and understood my situation and gave me a coke in less then a minute and honestly I hopeful his great customer service skills might teach the female employee something but I really doubt that. I really suggest the female employee finds a job where she has no interaction with others. Never imagined anyone would ever be that disrespectful and rude working in a customer...

The Manager Sandra Is Very Rude And Very Unprofessional I Called The First Time No Answer The Second Time She Picks Up Yelling Very Loudly HELLO!!! I Paused For A Second In Disbelief That A Manager Would Answer The Phone Like This I Had To Look Back At The Number On My Phone To Make Sure I Dialed The Right Number Then I Ask Her For Her Name And She Told Me Sandra Like She Was Rushing Me Off The Phone Then About 20 Mins Later My Grubhub Order Mysteriously Get's Canceled Because They Told Grubhub An Item They Didn't Have Never Tried To Accommodate Me Or Offer Me A Substitution And To Cancel A Whole Order Is Absurd!!! And Then When I Tried To Call Back After I Find Out Why My Whole Order Got Canceled They Don't Answer The Phone I Wish I Had Looked At There Reviews At First And Seen Other People With Similar Issues If I Could Give Gave 0 Stars I Would Have The Manager Needs Some Serious Training Or She Needs To Be Fired!!! More Than Likely I Will Be Contacting There Cooperate Offfice Very Unprofessional Unacceptable Behavior They Definitely Lost My Buisness 3.3 Stars Rating...
