Checkers — Restaurant in Detroit

I went to Checkers on 8mile/ Gratiot next to CVS and Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a 2 for $3 and a Chicken bites combo. The cashier seems unsure if the order she is handing me , is actually mine. So i ask her. I this the right order? She replies yes. I say thank you and pull off. I get all the way home, i reach in the bag, pull out the box of what i thought was chicken bites and fries... Absolutely not! The box contained only fries. I didn't even complain that i was not given the option of choosing a dipping sauce, they just gave me bbq sauce. I don't even eat the stuff. Mind you, i had just got off work. I had not eaten since lunch time. Which was soup. Anyway the girl tried to tell me that there were chicken bites and fries. So , i told her to look inside. The food was literally ice cold like it had been sitting top of a cooler, the wait staff hung up on me as I was trying to tell them what was wrong with the order so I drove back up there. The lady at the window was so effing rude I can't even believe she has a job at all. Having somebody like that running a window dealing with customers.. it was probably the worst fast food experience ever and I will never have another checkers brand anything ever. Eff you guys. BBQ chicken smasher? Whatever that sandwich is called. This was my second time ordering and not only were my fries hot, so was my chicken...like, super fresh outta the oil. Very tasty. Will return and hope for similar next visit.

Edit: Went tonight (1/8) and ordered the BBQ mother crunchers again but added the 2 for $5 chicken sandwiches to my order. 1⭐ this time. Fries were cold and limp/sweaty, the bbq chicken sandwiches were some kind of frankenstein version with 2 slabs of chicken, american cheese, no bacon or bbq sauce whatsoever. Who made these? Harper & Houston-Whittier...
