I usually shop at the Southfield store ... I went in this store twice the first time my customer service was ok .. the second which was today was not the best .. it was 3 associates in the store one greeted me and ask if I needed help while ringing another customer.. nobody else was in the store so I continued to shop, the other young lady on the floor seemed to be bothered I ask where the outfit was in the window... Her response was it's not a outfit đ really ??? I thought this was a clothing store was my response she walked away from me... Now the first young lady that did greet me and ask if I needed help came to the floor to assist me.. now mind u the one associate I ask about the outfit was whispering to another associate about me.. I heard her say what's wrong and I politely said she's mad at me because I ask for help basically.. but I wish I got the name of the one young lady that took the time out to help me.. if I felt like driving to the Southfield store I would have. I refuse to shop there again!!! Besides the one helpful associate she was great .. keep in mind there are secret shoppers out here checking out these businesses you never no who is who so be careful how you treat...
   Read moreSo I purchased about eight pairs of Super Swank High Waist Stretchy Jeans yes I love them , but the black pair the zipper broke, and I was so heartbroken, and I asked the online customer service department if they would be willing to make an exception of letting me return it and get a replacement. But they said no!! Iâm disappointed about the return policy because it is horrible and two week only !! This is really horrible return policy in my opinion ! Also, I havenât had the pants very long I purchased them after Christmas going into 2024 ! I donât want my money back I just want to do an exchange !! After purchasing all Jeans you wouldâve thought they wouldâve just made an exception for me return least one of them so I can get a replacement!!!

   Read moreI went into the Eastpointe store. I was looking for an outfit and the associate was helpful but she kept picking out smaller sized clothes for me. I finally found a few items and she stated everything ran big. I was in a bit of a rush so I didn't have time to try things on(clearly my fault) but she assured me that if something didn't fit I could either exchange it or get a store credit which is fine since I shop there often. I get home and everything fits but one body suit. I can't even get this thing to go pass my shoulders. Imagine my surprise when I went to get a store credit and I was told they do not take these back. I expained to her that it doesn't fit at all. I couldn't get it past my shoulders and she was not accepting this. Now I'm stuck with a $70 bodysuit. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement.
