Just left this location where my order was handed to the car ahead of me, given back, then handed to me. I asked if that were the case before paying for it and was lied to. I had a feeling it was mine because the difference between my order and the car before was different in size. I paid for and took it because the young lady Jayla (or something with a J on her uniform) told me it hadnāt been given to the car ahead. I get my order pull up and check it. Itās cold as ever. Now why would an order made special with no onions be cold if it were just made? Furthermore, there are viruses and Covid. Plus, people donāt always wash their hands. Yet; you handed my food to the car before and still gave it to me. How disgusting⦠then tried to lie like Iām a fool. NOT ONLY HAD I WAITED FOR MY ORDER BUT THE CAR AHEAD ORDER HAD TO BE FIXED SO I WAITED EVEN LONGER. I AM PISSED AND STILL HUNGRY. They offered to remake it but why would I want that. I am 46 years old and do not need to be having an accident on myself. I told them I do not want anything from them. I pissed off went on and paid a dollar at White Castles store number 040013. White Castle has a contract with Door Dash. The order the dasher is picking up has a receipt which probably has a code on it. There is no HUMAN way if you have a contract with Door dash which everyone with the door dash company has had a background check. It is a human rights violation to refuse a functional lavatory, restroom etc. Also if someone is working for a company you have a contract with. It is just common courtesy to let the dasher who are picking up a paid order to let them use the restroom. No one who is working and picking orders from your establishment should have to shell out cash every time to use the facilities. IT IS INHUMANE

Gratiot 8 Mile location on the Eastpointe side of the street. I had never had a problem with White Castle before, not even this location. This is what went down, they have one order staff member who was a tentative and professional. The younger staff members where in fact lazy, they were unprofessional and did not seem to want to work. The older staff member who was a lady I saw her with my own two eyes and heard her in my own tears asking the younger staff members a number of times to do some things which I'm sure was their jobs oh, and they were very lackadaisical about it. They act as though they didn't want to do what they were being asked to do, even though the older staff member was very professional and how she asked. Now the quality of the food, for the first time patronizing White Castle I found their hamburgers to be different than they've ever been, the meat tasted strange, and they did not have the white Castle flavor that I've always known. I could not drink the ice water oh, because the water itself had a very strange taste to it as well. I don't know maybe I caught that location on a bad day or something.
