They did an amazing job on installing an aftermarket radio for my 2018 Jeep Compass. The factory radio screen that initially came with my Jeep unfortunately began to delaminate a year after having it. I had no choice but to purchase an aftermarket radio because every dealership kept saying they didn’t have a radio to replace mine with. Once I purchased an aftermarket radio every mechanic kept saying they were too afraid to install it so I eventually just gave up on having it installed and silence had been the new norm in my poor little jeep lol.

I decided to do another search and came across The New Car Toys. I called to confirm they could put it in and had a friend take it for me to be installed on 11/16/24. Guys don’t get got! Tim is an unbelievable con he installed my mother’s radio, two weeks later it began to go in and out then it went completely out. Tim then advised us that the radio was bad and he doesn’t like the brand after he installed it for $400.00 he then advised her to purchase a new one of the brand he chose and come back and recieve “free installation”. She did so returned with the brand of HIS choice installed it 1 week later the sound went completely out. She returned he asked her what she wanted him to do. She responded fix it he then stated honey the radio is bad I can give you something to get you by for $150. The customer service was great! The owner was super patient and friendly as well, I asked alot of questions that seemed like normal questions, but I asked a lot because I wasn’t familiar with security system, he was super calm and respectful and explained everything perfectly. Tim gave great deals and the other mechanic is one of the most talented mechanics I’ve ever seen. He did a great job installing the viper security system, he explained it thoroughly as well and got it all done within a nice time frame.
