I am extremely saddened by the fact that I live in a community where business men are allowed to treat citizens of the community in such an appalling way! After what I experienced this evening, I will never return to this place again. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have.
Incident details: Monday evening I purchased 3 breakfasts, 5pc wing ding, and chilli cheese fries. I spent $40. I was exhausted and that served as dinner for my family (not healthy I know). I opened my meal to find that my extra crispy bacon was grilled chicken breast, probably a healthier more expensive option, but I wanted my bacon so bad I could taste it. I'd asked for eggs fried extra extra hard, soft or running eggs make me cringe. Well you guessed it, the were scrambled soft. I took a bite of both, and I just couldn't eat it. I called the restaurant, and explained what happened to the waitress, she apologized, asked if I was going back that night, I told her I was exhausted, and that I would come back later in the week. She took my name, and told me to come in after 7. I went back today, and asked for the young lady, instead the manager Maury, came to the window, said I was lying trying to get a free breakfast, and basically since I couldn't produce the food he would replace it, even though I had paid extra for something that I didn't want, and I had my receipt and my card account supporting the transaction. He was rude, nasty, accusatory, and condescending. He continued to tell me to get away from his store if I couldn't return the product that I had thrown away. I was livid. I couldn't believe that he was treating me like that. They overcharged me for a product that I didn't even want, and when I returned just to get a new meal, not even a refund, he basically called me a lying, thieving, con artist.
I was so angry, I went home, retrieved the food tray from the trash can and took it back to him. He took in over the counter in the store (I'm sure that violated health department rules), never apologized for his treatment of me, and asked what breakfast I wanted. At that point I didn't want anything. It was just the principal. I will never patronize them again. You should treat people the way that you would want to be treated, especially...

Read moreStopped here for a late dinner. The place was empty except for the workers so there was no line.
I went for the Double Cheeseburger Deluxe platter (came with fries and a small soda). The cheeseburger turned out to be okay, nothing spectacular in my opinion.
The fries were middling. They seemed fairly limp and pale. They were also lukewarm when I ate them but that was because I had to walk back to my place to eat (and got sidetracked along the way; definitely not the restaurant’s fault there).
The cake turned out to be pretty good. I didn’t know what to expect from a cake with caramel frosting but I ended up liking it.
The service seemed a little brusque but I suppose it was because they were near closing time.
While this might not have been an excellent meal, it wasn’t the worst. And maybe they did some foods better than others. I might have better luck with their...
