It's true that one bad apple does spoil everything else. Worst aesthetician, ever very disappointed. If I paid for 50 minutes for $170, don't short my time to please another customer where you ran out of time. I gave two stars because my pedicure and massage were hands down wonderful. Otherwise, I wanted to give 1 star. My story - I was looking forward to a special day, and I was truly disappointed with the aesthetician "L" She did not bring me in until 2:45 and then left out and didn't come back until 3:00. She did a rush job on me so she could accommodate the person she had before me and i was out at 3:30. Complete rush job. It was very rude for her to have her client call the front desk to request an additional 30 minutes. When they told her "L" had no time available except for 5 pm, she told L , and she told her I would talk to him. So she cuts my appointment short, running late and finishing up in a rush job to accommodate someone else. I paid for 50 minutes and should have received 50 minutes. Also, it was unprofessional for L to have that conversation with the customer before the appointment in the waiting area where I heard the entire conversation. Also, the next person she had was waiting because she took that lady back. Very unprofessional, and when I discussed it with the front desk, the lady who took me to the back knew why I was not happy with my appointment and commented well 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Well, when you pay over $425, you expect what you paid for, 3 Out of 3
Also, nothing was explained I'm thinking because I didn't bring a swim suit I'm just sitting here doing nothing because my next appointment didn't start until 4:30 thankfully the pedicure lady said I see you are done early would you like to begin now. She saw how disappointed I was and alerted me of the disposal swimsuits.    Read moreI reserved a couples massage for my husband and I anniversary, that we DID NOT RECEIVE. However, I was charged $320.00. I searched my emails and noticed I never received a confirmation email to confirm my scheduled time. The reserved time was either 10am or 2pm. Thinking it was 2pm but unsure, I called to confirm my actual appointment time at 10:02am. The spa did not open until 10am. The manager Meghan Alef is absolutely horrible at customer service. She insinuated that I/we, (first time customer(s) were lying about my reservation time. As a manager she was very inflexible and abrasive and did not take the situation in consideration at all. I did not want to cancel our appointment (which was not an option anyway according to their policy) after being told my appointment was at 10am now 10:10 and we were not staying at the hotel. I informed them we're about 18 minutes away. We were, encouraged to come for the remaining of the time which would have expired by the time we got there. I told the young lady we would not make it. She nonchalantly, said, "Well I can cash you out." I asked cash me out...meaning still charge me without being serviced. She said,"Yes." I asked over the phone and in person, if we can reschedule our appointment with the same two masseuse for later or another day. Both the young lady over the phone and the Manger refused and was waiting on the IT team to come and replay the phone call. I support businesses that value customers, not only the business.    Read moreWe came to this facility for a part of my bachelorette party. My party was less than 5 minutes late to our 9 am appointment; the spa opens at 9 am. This spa is not the easiest to find especially for people who are from out of town. The address we had was for the building and we had to ask two guards to find the spa. The head women who received was very rude about us being late. When we indicated we got lost, the women said people become lost often. She rushed us through paperwork and informed us we would have to finish later as we were late. Her tone and phrasing were very off putting, especially for a place that should provide great customer service.
We had four people in our party and were under the impression that there would be two masseuse and two people for manicures. This was not true. There were two people for the massages but only one for nails. It took over 4 hours for the four of us to complete our spa treatment. This should have been roughly 2 hours. While two people were in for massages the other two would be getting their nails done.
Not only did this take longer than we anticipated I was skipped for a walk in for nails. When we tried to leave the same lady from the front desk told us to wait. She went and kicked out the walk in to send me in for nails.
My nails did not dry properly. Before we even left the facility, they had rippled. The lady had also cut the skin in front of one of my nails.
The massage was good and the women who did the massage and nails were very nice. However, this was not enough to counter act all the negatives from this location. My party and I will never return to this location. I would highly suggest that you save your money and go...
