This is one particular night was the worst place to receive food. My family have purchased food from this location before and had no problem. My daughter just gave birth to her child and is not able to leave yet, and decided to order 2 large pizza. The order arrived within 30 mins., in which we thought that was quick. Once we received the pizza, we realized this is not what was order. Both pizza was wrong. We checked the receipt and the receipt did not match the 2 pizza my daughter received. Called the restaurant to make them aware the order that was brought was not our. My daughter called to report this, it was as if they didn't believe her. My daughter kept telling them what the numbers was on the pizza box (he kept asking) after the 3rd times telling them, my daughter gave me ( her mother the phone), I asked them, Would you like for me to send you a picture of the receipt and pizza? She only needed to replace one of the pizza, due to the kids eating the other one they thought was theirs. The person then asked if we wanted 20% off for another order or to remake the pizza that was incorrect? I told the guy, she needs the food, she just had a baby. He then told us the timeframe for the pizza delivery. My daughter waited for about 1 hour, then I called at 9pm, to find out when the pizza would be arriving. The person named FRANCE, that answer the phone started by saying is this delivery or pickup, I explained to her that I was calling to find out when the pizza would be arriving. In between me trying to get an answer, this person starting getting loud, saying the pizza guy had to come back to the place to get the pizza and then come back out, as I told her, 1st stop hollering at me like we did something wrong, 2nd, I'm just trying to find out what's going on with the pizza, 3rd, how are we suppose to know, that people had to wait for the driver to come back, FRANCE continue to get loud and then hung up the phone. I called back and said can I speak with the manager, it was like phone tag on the phone, the same person FRANCE that kept answering the phone and hanging up. So finally on the third called another young lady answered the phone and I asked again to speak with the manger, the guy that I original spoke to in regards to the mixed up got on the phone with the speaker on. I told him that she was the RUDENESS person I have ever dealt with that should be fired. I asked the guy, how are we suppose to know that we had to wait for the driver to arrive back, all we wanted to know was when the food would be arriving. As I was talking to the guy, I could hear the same rude person talking in the background therefore the manager place the phone on speaker, that's not professional. He stated he would check to find out where the person was, he thought he place me on hold, and I could her the same rude person talking in the background, then the phone was placed on mute. He came back and said the driver was on his way. Now, once the pizza arrived, the pizza was dry, burnt, and look like the pizza had been cook 4 hours prior. The wrong pizza that was delivery, looked better than the pizza that was supposed to replace the wrong pizza. It's sad that this is the service a paying customer has to receive just to receive the correct order. I understand this is a franchise, and in order for franchise to make money and keep good customers, the employees have to do their part. When there is one person that continue to receive a bad report, everyone can't be wrong in complaining about the same person or location, if the employee was being rude or the wait is too long. That one person can cause a business to receive bad rating. This may or may not be of any important to you, but it is to me and my family. Read moreI ordered the Papa’s pizza and wing combo from this location on Thursday March 22, 2018. The delivery driver dropped off the pizza and wings an hour later without the pop and stated that he would be back with the pop. I then realized that I had received the wrong pizza order and I called to have it fixed, I was greeted with poor customer service at that point. The driver returned with the pop and picked up the pizza and stated that once again he would be back with the right order. I waited an additional 30 minutes to receive the wrong order again. At this point I just wanted a refund so I called the Papa’s back and asked to speak with the manager he refused to give me a refund because he said he had paid his driver too many times, when I tried to explain that it was not my fault that the driver had to continue to deliver the wrong order he hung the phone up on me. Each time that I call back they hang the phone up on me. I have never received such terrible customer service especially not from a company that I patronize on a regular. Read moreI order from them a large pizza with a side of cheesy bread and a pop. The deliver guy delivered me my food and pop and I noticed the pop wasn’t the one I ordered. Also my food came to $22.57 I gave the delivery guy $30 he then saids I’ll go back to change your pop then he took my money and didn’t return the change. I called papa pizza back to tell them that their driver didn’t give me my change and also left because he had the wrong pop the receptionist was saying they didn’t have the pop I wanted which she should let me knew before anyway she said she asked me for another pop that I wanted and told me the driver will be back with my money and pop. 15 mins the driver came back with my pop and change and he only me back $7.00 which he was suppose to give me $7.43 back but I didn’t feel like go back and forth with this guy so I just let him leave.
