Having the unfortunate experience of being bound to the hospital for which this Starbucks is collocated, this is by far the worst example of the franchise I have ever experienced. The staff has some bad apples and its a shame because on any given day there are some good employees. Unfortunately the bad ones are so bad.... Don't expect to be greeted in a friendly way, get ready for some serious attitude.    Read moreApparently Papa Joe's owns this Starbucks which means they won't take rewards, coupons, etc. Also they think that random Papa Joe's employees (like the manager who walks around the hospital and wears jeans, a business shirt and no apron while ringing up customers) can sub in and make drinks when they are understaffed and of course try don't know what they are doing.
