2 of us dined in, we’ve been by before since we ate local. Food wasn’t as good. Crunchy hard to eat bun and overdone chicken that I expected to be juicer or saucier for a Nashville hot. (We’ve liked it before when we come here) I asked for cheese on the sandwich but it wasn’t on it, so they brought cheese out for me when I asked for it after noticing.

Ordered a side of mac and wanted it as an appetizer. But, our food came out without ever getting the mac, and so we got it way after we already finished our food so it delayed us there. We didn’t get a side of mac.. I guess.. because our receipt had a whole mac.

While we were waiting we didn’t get any refills on stuff and didn’t have a chance to wave our server down. Got a water refill after we got done with our Mac.

Service like we had makes me not want to go back. Could’ve covered the mac since it never even came out with our meal, let alone not as an app like we talked about. Also not even as a side. Charged us for a side tho so that’s whatever..

What got me is payment was given with a giftcard and credit card in case the giftcard didn’t cover everything. Server didn’t come back with credit card but only gift card and just lost track of the credit card.

Ended up getting it back but please don’t leave customers credit cards around or lose track of them to begin with.

I don’t recommend dining in especially since the server kept recommending us to ask for them next time we come back. Or to rate them at the table and do a survey right there on the spot.

Uncomfy, man

I wouldn’t even say it was busy but it was just disappointing and I feel bad suggesting that we dine out.
