Today I have one of the most horrible experiences at the White Castles on Greenfield and 8 Mile right off of the Lodge Freeway do not go there they are the worst, the customer service there was horrible, and they get mad when you ask for fresh food, the person who was taking the orders young lady who would not give her name by the way but she has a natural hairstyle with a high puff today she had an attitude taking my order but I did not let it get to me and just gave my order all for it to come out wrong and when I asked for them to correct it there was attitude given the whole time I asked for three breakfast toast sandwiches one without cheese + extra sausage the other two with the cheese one with extra sausage I was given all sandwiches without cheese and when I asked for cheese to be put on it they put a cold slice of cheese on it so now it's not melted and then gave me two sandwiches with one sausage patty on it after I asked and paid for an extra sausage patty and then the lady who took my order is arguing with me telling me no I did not charge you for an extra sausage patty and when I showed her the receipt and show her that she did, attitude was given and she did not even correct it another lady from the back came to correct it she is horrible for this place she is driving customers away and needs a reality check to let her know that if I was not coming in there to buy food or any of the other customers that they get on a day-to-day basis she would not have a job to go to and she needs to think about that the next time she tries to catch an attitude with a customer also I want to add that the lady in the back who cooks the food with the green shirt on who name was also not given needs a reality check as well because last week when my auntie went in there I was informed that she said (after their order was taken) out loud "I don't know why people coming here order the same thing every week" how dare you say that out loud where a customer can hear you I don't care if you're not even talking to the customer directly it don't matter what I eat or what I order every week you should be happy that I'm coming in here to frequent this place because in all actuality if I did not come in this place to order food you would not have a job. To make things worst is showed how very bright she is if somebody was to order something every week the same thing how do you get their order wrong I'm just saying!! How?? The managers of this location the district managers someone needs to go down there and have a meeting with these people and let them know that they are in a customer service business that's not the type of stuff that you say she is also running customers away because after hearing that and after the experience that I had today I will and I quote not be back to this location and we come here every week in between church services but guess what I will not be back nor will my family be back to...

First location, Greenfield and Lodge Service Drive, Detroit, was clean and friendly. The staff diligently updated me on the food order which took a longer time than normal. When I informed the crew member that I was missing an order of rings they immediately gave me a bag to complete my order. This location would have received 4.5 stars from me.
Second location, 8 mile and Grand River, Farmington Hills, was dirty and neglected. The staff was distracted and incompetent. After asking the staff member a few questions before placing my order the crew member seemed to be too distracted by other staff to fully pay attention to the order I was giving or the correction I requested. When I received my order I was missing a sandwich which I quickly informed the team. A staff member who wasn't on the register, she was in the prep area, ask me from across the floor (almost a yelling tone) "what are you missing?" I informed her I was missing a sandwich. She told me "Well it wasn't on your order so you didn't pay for it." I informed her I still needed my burger. Which no one was even ringing up for me to pay for. She repeatedly informed me that I didn't pay for a burger. I informed her"...that didn't stop the fact that I still needed my requested burger which i originally ordered." It took me telling (yelling across the floor) her and the entire crew that I still needed the burger I originally ordered. Finally, it wasn't until she told one of the crew members, who were standing around, to ring me up for the missing burger they didn't add to my order in the first place. If I could give this location a -5 I would. It was your employee, who was half listening to what I wanted, which i had to repeat, who messed up the order. Also I was thoroughly incensed at the fact that I was getting yelled at from across your establishment by your employee. Read moreI walked in & stood behind a woman for about 5 minutes before the young lady took her order. I don't know how long she was at the window before I got there. Then I stood at the window another 5 minutes while the cashier walked back and forth doing nothing, waiting for my order to be taken. When she finally came to take the order window she just stared at me. No greeting, didn't ask to take my order, NOTHING...just walked to the register and stared at me, waiting for me to order. She asked, will that be all, after my order, which is how I found out she could speak. After I paid for my order, she handed me my card & receipt and walked away. Fortunately the order was correct and the food was good. I still wish I hadn't had to give my money to such a poor representative. She was a huge turnoff and made me feel like a bother coming...
