It was a downpour. It was almost a stampede situation and when trying to exit a clear and easy way, I was literally attacked by a bouncer. People at this venue were being pushed and some individuals did fall and were hurt. When trying g to exit, in a way that would get people away from the situation the bounce grabbed me aggressively, which I felt as if I was going to be physically hurt and pushed me in a way that my ankle twisted and is now swelled up!!! The other bouncer was nice and understood the situation and diffused it as best as he could,but the young white bouncer with The blonde curley head of pubic hair needs to be fired. I have been going here for years. Got to meet the owner John who is extremely involved in the business. Being in the industry myself, I love to see when owners are that involved. Great vibes down here. I’d recommend this this place every day of the week. Sydney and Nolan crushed the volume and you never waited 1 second for the drink even though it was packed. Had Steph in the past as well and always see Red head John who’s a manager and sat there all day drinking water on standby to see if he was needed. The next morning, Manager John was there grinding again. Had a me problem debacle w my credit card and James Cassidy helped sort it out. Love this place and don’t get me started on the Rudder or Jimmy’s grill that John also knows....

I gave my rating due to the ignorance /hatefulness of the owner. My husband and I went outside w my Service Dog. The owner told me dogs weren’t allowed, I explained that she is my service dog.(legitimate) he asked me multi questions including what my disability is. I explained she alerts me to a medical condition/ he became irate and started yelling at me in-front of other customers, he demanded to know what my condition was. I told him that is a violation , that she alerts me. As he was yelling at me, I asked if he wanted us to leave, I referred him to the ADA website, he continued to be very rude and angry.
