I concur with the comments about smell, I am sure it is rancid oils. Regardless, it is SUPER expensive, maybe this is normal for the area, we are traveling in the area.

My largest issue is your advertisement, you can apologize all you want, but your employees are uninformed and honestly not that bright. I am not saying I am correct because I am the customer, I am correct because English words have meaning and 3.19$ for a two inch piece of chicken, a squirt of mayo, and two pickles is HIGHWAY robbery. Anyway, your sign CLEAR as a bell says 2 TWO chicken little are 3.19$ for sandwich only, I ordered two and paid 6.38$ without tax and 6.86$ for 6 ounces of food.

Your bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and while we dined in the male and two females we could see behind the counter hangout at the drive thru register if they weren't making or filling orders.

Management could really work on time management of employees as well as making sure your prices...

This place is a dump. We could smell the stench coming from the restaurant the second we left the car. It smelled like somebody literally blew up the sewage line because it was horrible. One of my family went into the bathroom and explained that it was like a punch to the gut the second he opened the door and that he almost passed out. It took a solid 20 minutes to get a burger and chicken. The staff were doing just about as close to nothing as possible while still technically making food. The entire place was a mess, trash all over. Even the food was mediocre compared to most A&Ws. I got some onion rings and I'm pretty sure that the smell that permeated the restaurant made it's way into them because they tasted just like the place smelled. My advice? Absolutely DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! It shouldn't even be allowed to be open! If a food inspector happens to read this, please shut...

We love a good A&W but this place was the filthiest fast food restaurant we have been to....ever. The floors were sticky like they hadn't been mopped in a year. The bathrooms weren't well stocked with toilet paper. The paper towel dispenser was wide open where you had to grab onto it to rip it off...leaving it wet for the next patron to pull some off for themselves. Upon walking in, there was obnoxiously LOUD rap music coming from the back of the house, all the while drowning out the regular music they have playing in the dining area. After placing our order, it felt like they were piece-mealing everything. We had to go up a 2nd time for our drinks and a third time for corn dogs for my daughter. The food was as good as expected for A&W. Just sad to see a restaurant...
