Prairie Hills Mall — Local services in Dickinson

I have wished to the Gods of sub sandwiches for years for Dickinson to get a Jimmy John's, so imagine my over-the-moon excitement when I discovered we were getting one. I always figure to give a new establishment a month at least to really get "on their feet" and work out all the kinks, but with our store, they needed no time at all! They are so speedy quick and I have not heard a single poor review of their service or food at all! I love Jimmy John's so much that I would consider paying rent and living there if I was guaranteed to not gain weight by eating there all the time (I mean, hot peppers for daaaaays!). :) Way to go JJ Dickinson and welcome to town! We are very excited...

Had another great outing at the theater yesterday. My daughter and I took my mother to see Elvis. Good movie if you haven't seen it. Lots of great trivia history I did not know. Like Elvis was good friends with BB King. I'm privileged to have seen BB King live before his death. Also appearances of Big momma Thornton, Little Richard many others. But my big surprise was seeing Sister Rosetta. I truly enjoyed the movie. As always great fun clean theater great conssesions....

What happened to the mall? Was there a curse set upon the building?

Half of the mall is empty. And everyone looks like they're depressed. People warned me about it before but I had no idea there were actual zombies working.

Best thing is the little food place in the middle. Actually adds a nice smell to the building. And the place is clean and not too bad of a location off of 94.
