Best customer service on the PLANET!! I'm new to North Dakota and came here for a job but noticed that Metro PCS wasn't going to work as good out here so I came in to switch from Metro to Verizon. "Casey C." was THE NICEST human being i've ever met and helped me out so much because it was my first time switching to a new carrier. It took a bit longer because I provided her with the wrong passwords so I had to call Metro and get them recovered but she hung with me and we talked about my new job in the meantime and once everything was figured out, she helped me switch over my apps. The Verizon rep here lied to me multiple times. She first told me the iPhone SE was exactly the same as the iPhone 11, except it’s smaller and has a button. This is not at all true. I probably would have still gone with the SE anyway, so I’m not too upset about that.

What I’m upset about is that she lied to me about my monthly bill. She stated if I paid $100 that day that they would give me $300 in credit as part of a promotion. I flat out told her that I’m skeptical that a store would just give me so much credit, even though we’ve been loyal customers for decades. She convinced me it was legit though.
