Horrible place to eat ! Went through drive thru on September 1,2023 after 5pm. There was one car in front of me. As soon as I tried to order, I was rushed through it. I ordered the Orange Chicken, Beef 🥦, Noodles for $10. 32. I asked the cashier if the cook can cook the chicken soft. She told me "no" cause it is already cooked and sitting . I get to the window and was rushed again. Gave her a $10 bill and .32 cents inn change. Told her specifically that I had the exact change as soon as I got to the window. Keep in mind that there was not a line! No one behind me and the driver in front of me was gone. Poor customer service skills! The young lady was so busy rushing me that she gave me no receipt. She acted as though she had to get me away from her. Asked her if soy sauce & utensils were in the bag. It smelled good. I get home and looked at the food. The food was cold. My daughter threw away her noodles cause they were dry like the Sahara Desert! They were stiff and cold. The Orange Chicken was cold and gummy. We warmed this slop up and it tasted horrible. The broccoli had turned yellow green and was wilted. I called this store and spoke to the manager. She seemed non chalant about my cold food. She asked me if I had a receipt. Politely told her that the cashier never gave me one and was too busy rushing me away. She apologized about the food, but could not replace it without the receipt. Called the corporate office. Was on hold for 1 hour 45 mins. The lady acted so concerned about my poor food quality. She claimed that I would receive a free meal! Was told that I would receive a code from Panda Express via my email. Received no email from Panda 🐼 Express! Checked my spam folder. She lied . She was polite and acted concerned. Worse place to eat! I always eat at King Delicious in Pomona. I chose this place cause it was on my way home. I literally live 6 miles from Panda Express. I was not feeling well ,so I chose the drive thru . It was a Friday evening and the lines were long at all the fast food places on Hwy 46. Have eaten here at least 3 times( it sure was a bad karma and not a charm!). Go to Ming's Court or King Delicious ! Those restaurants have good food and good customer service. Panda Express was an Asian Nightmare experience! I wasted $$$ on that cold slop. The fortune cookie was stale ! I did receive extra soy sauce packets! I rate this below 0. This place deserves 0 stars and a frowny smiley face as well. My cat's food probably tasted better than that...

After shopping for an inordinate amount of time we found ourselves famished at dinner time and passing this Panda Express. It's a stand-alone building with new, modern aesthetics and looked to be clean with an appealing aroma wafting from its kitchen vents. We made the split second decision to pull in and order food for the group. In retrospect, that was a mistake. They gave us the wrong bags of food. When we realized and called, they took our information and told us to come back for a replacement. When we were able to get back the following week, we were told there was no note or any record of our situation. Not only that, but not one staff member was understanding or empathetic to the fact that we've now paid for food we didn't get, and driven the 45 minutes twice, unnecessarily, and waited for 25 minutes for a manager to assist. There was no store manager, but the GM (who wasn't there), Giovanni, was reached by phone and I spoke to him. I explained the situation, but not only was he unwilling to do ANYTHING about it, but he was aggressively rude about it, and told me it was my fault for not having the receipt. Who keeps fast food receipts even if you WERE given one?? They had record of this incident, I know they did, because my phone call was noted, as well as someone else getting the food that WE paid for. We were told on the phone to "just come in" and that it'd be taken care of. Though this past Thursday October 16 I had to wait go to the front it’s all good I understand they had to make more rice I get it.. well when I opened the box All my walnut shrimp was covered in fried rice it was buried.. my lil extra tiny box of my 3 rd entree the only one to enjoy without rice covering it completely like molasses and chicken feathers !I Love Panda Express I always order all walnut shrimp for my 3 entrees ..so please do better filling the plates and not covering the main meal with the full plate of the side ..maybe u should put the side on in the lil box instead of the entree in a tiny side box.. I spend money every week for me and my gbaby and husband.....
