I am appalled at the service here. I usually don't do this kind of thing but I am so incredibly disappointed at what this location has come to. I used to work here, under fantastic management and I cannot understand how this quality of service is remotely tolerated. I ordered at the window a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a medium iced vanilla bean latte with extra vanilla. After repeating the order multiple times in drive thru, it was incorrect. Got to window, employee repeated drink again and said iced coffee, I again repeated iced latte, she said "yeah, that thing, same thing. " I explained that it was not, as a latte costs more and has espresso. The drink was handed out, it did not have any vanilla bean at all. Waited for the employee to return to ask if she could add vanilla bean and still receive my sandwich. Waited a very long time. Recieved sandwich and handed back coffee. Not a bagel, but a croissant. I accepted the sandwich as there was a long line behind us as well. Coffee was recieved, drove away from window and tasted again, still zero vanilla bean, and I'm not just being picky. Like I said, I used to work here and know how to appropriately make the coffees, know the flavors, know how many pumps to add to each size. Pulled around to the front to go in and ask them to please make coffee one last time. The gentleman at front was very kind but seemed lost and without any help. Out of ice, out of cups, out of lids, out of syrup, out of dairy products. I heard an employee in the back say "someone else just ordered a bagel" another employee said "just give them a croissant, we are out of bagels " And after the gentleman got all of his restocking done he made an "iced latte" The espresso machine was never started and I am assuming he added sitting espresso . The bottom of my cup was full of grounds. I traveled down to the next exit and got my coffee there.

Read moreI gave one star so I can leave this review. I am a religious goer to DD and this one is by far the worst! I usually go in the morning before going to work and I realize the parking lot is crammed since the gas station is small and right on the highway. My morning started off by getting cut off by two people as I tried to pull up to the drive through. Anyway, not any one's issue that works there I guess. I pull up ask for my items and the girl cuts me off and yells she can't hear me. Okay, rude. Then asks for me to pull up. I agree and pull up to the window. I ask for a cold coffee with whip cream and a bagel with flavored cream cheese. She asks me to pull up to the back door. What in tarnation is that? That is so unprofessional. It almost felt like I was begging for free food. At least have me pull up at the entrance of the building. I was given my cold coffee with no whip cream. I asked again for whip cream. The other girl apologized and fixed it. I said its not your fault you didn't take the order. Well once I get my coffee I realize I don't have a straw. I'm peeved at this point. I drive back through the drive through and order my straw the same girl heard me this time and I waited my turn over 2 customers. For some reason no one is at the window. I wait a few minutes and a different person comes and hands me a straw. Once I drive off I see the girl who took my order and walked off from the window smoking. Not only did this process take 20 minutes out of my morning. It also was all wrong I realized at the light that my bagel was cold and had reg. cream cheese when I asked for flavored cream cheese....
Read moreEvery single time I come to this location, my order either can’t be taken correctly or the people taking my order are rude as all get out. It seems everyone at this location hates their job. They’re always hiring and it’s no wonder; who would want to work in such a negative environment? Once I ordered online and when I approached the drive thru, the woman just held my drink out the window until I pull up to grab it. Another time, I ordered and they just added whipped cream and caramel to my order and when I was looking at it, they asked “is it wrong?” And I simply replied “well I didn’t ask for whipped cream or caramel. It’s fine, I just wanna make sure this is my coffee.” The employee then replied “it’s yours.” Well there wasn’t a name or sticker with the ingredients so who knows if it was mine. Today it just seemed to be the biggest inconvenience that I arrived “too soon” after my order was placed and that I had to come inside instead of being at drive thru like my order said.
